Call of Duty: Vanguard is a new game from Activision and the eighteenth in the CoD series. It was released on November 5, 2021, and at the time of writing, it's already a week past its launch on Twitch. In a new Streams Charts article, we'll tell you whether the series remains successful in terms of streaming and whether viewers are interested in watching the familiar setting.
The game's events are set at the end of World War II, which reminds us of previous games in the series that were in the same setting. In addition to the single-player campaign, the game features multiplayer with 20 maps, some of which are remakes from the original Call of Duty. Multiplayer is exactly the reason why most of the audience plays CoD or what the content makers stream on their channels. Also, the game will have an impact on CoD esports: it will replace Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War in the new Call of Duty League season.
