In the second quarter of 2025, most top streamers were busy with the numerous global esports tournaments taking place across various games. As a result, many of them enjoyed increases in their quarter-on-quarter watch times, with these content creators' livestreams concentrating on covering events for titles like Dota 2, Counter-Strike, and League of Legends.
Video gaming content played a much more prominent role among streamers when looking at Twitch's most-watched channels in Q2 2025. Rumble continued to see a high number of channels putting out religious and political content, while Kick's dominant regions continued to lead its charge towards becoming a legitimate third force in the global livestreaming world.
Most watched Twitch streamers in Q2 2025
One of the surprising aspects of these standings is the relatively low ranking of Kai Cenat, who sits in the sixth spot after being online for a much shorter time than in Q1 2025. Western influencers populated this list, led by the ever-popular LoL co-caster Marc "Caedrel" Lamont. The British sensation covered major competitions under the MOBA's banner, like the MSI 2025 and the LCK 2025 Season. He also livestreamed the matches of his own team, Los Ratones, which participated in the Northern League of Legends Championship (NLC) region of the game's regional circuits.
Japan and Brazil have representation in the form of their most famous names in Junichi "加藤純一うん〇ちゃん" Kato, Chikara "fps_shaka" Kawakami, and Victor "loud_coringa" Augusto, who focused on categories like Minecraft, Just Chatting, and Street Fighter 6. Germany's Elias "eliasn97" Nerlich spent most of the second quarter broadcasting his events, including the Icon League (media football league) and the F1 Streamer World Cup (sim racing competition involving influencers and celebrities).
Most watched Kick streamers in Q2 2025
As always, Kick has a heavy flavor of creators from the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) and South American regions. The leaderboard is led by Jordanian Maher "maherco" Mahmude Sultani, who played multiple titles almost every time he was online. His most preferred games were Counter-Strike and Rocket League, with IRL content and gambling broadcasts also taking up a good chunk of his airtime.
Adin Ross was a lot more active in the second quarter, resulting in a QoQ jump of 340% that reaffirmed his status as one of Stake-backed platforms' most-watched names. Another surprise name is korekore_ch, one of the fastest-rising stars on the neon platform, thanks to his unique and interactive content that involves discussing real-time social media controversies, offering advice live on-air, and assisting viewers in resolving disputes.
Most watched YouTube Gaming streamers in Q2 2025
The second quarter was filled with crucial esports events, so a lot of official organization channels did well, but when looking at streamers, Alexandre "Gaules" Borba and Darren "IShowSpeed" Watkins Jr were far ahead of the rest. The Brazilian megastar covered important events on the Counter-Strike calendar, including the Austin Major and the IEM Dallas 2025, while Speed's content was mostly in the IRL genre, including quite a few high-profile races against fellow influencers that created quite some buzz on social media.
Among non-YouTube Gaming channels, Casimiro "CazéTV" Miguel was streets ahead of everyone else, with his coverage of the ongoing 2025 FIFA Club World Cup ending among the year's most popular livestreams. There were a few religion-related channels from Brazil that made the cut alongside content from the News & Politics and Music genres.
Most watched Rumble streamers in Q2 2025
Rumble continued to be the stronghold for American right-wing and religious content creators. Steven Crowder emerged as the top name when looking at the top content creator in Q2 2025. The 38-year-old was also the most consistently watched streamer among the top ten, clocking over 47,000 Average Viewers between April and June this year. Among organizations, Infowars maintained its status as the platform's number one channel by watch time.
Most watched North American streamers in Q2 2025
Moving to the top streamers by region, the most watched influencer from North America in Q2 2025 was Zack "zackrawrr" Hoyt with over 26 million HW. The former OTK member was one of the four Twitch names to populate the top of this pile, with the abovementioned Adin Ross finishing as Kick's sole representative.
Most of Zack's livestreams continued to see him react to controversies/trending topics while giving his two cents, although he did take time out to play games like Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 and The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered. Also famous for his alternative channel, asmongold, the American made his much-discussed debut on Kick under this name during the second quarter of 2025, expanding his reach and adding another star name to the platform's growing list of online celebrities.
Most watched South American streamers in Q2 2025
Gaules and Gustavo "Baiano" Gomes bring the esports flair to this list, with the latter covering prominent League of Legends tournaments like the 2025 Mid-Season Invitational and the LTA South Split 2. Prominent stars like Andy "elzeein" Ramirez, Stiven "mrstiventc" Caicedo, David "davooxeneize" Quint, and Luis "westcol" Álvarez reiterated Kick's eminence in the South American livestreaming scene, with GTA V standout Aliffe Henrique "PaulinhoLOKObr" de Carvalho rounding off this top ten table.
Most watched Asian streamers in Q2 2025
Asia's livestreaming market is also pretty competitive, with more regional services like SOOP and CHZZK making it harder for streamers to attract dedicated audiences. Twitch and Kick stars continued to boss the statistical columns, with top names like fps_shaka and Junichi Kato livestreaming influencer competitions like LEGENDUS and Kings League. Junichi Kato also heavily played Overwatch 2 in Q2 2025 (post the launch of Stadium, the new best-of-seven, multi-round way to play the team-based shooter) and broadcast competitions like the Overwatch Champions Series 2025 Champions Clash.
SOOP Korea also enjoyed a couple of representatives in Kim "봉준" Bong-joon and Kim "김민교." Min-kyo. Interestingly, VTubers barely made the count here, as most of these unique creators witnessed a reduction in their quarter-on-quarter HW counts.
Most watched European streamers in Q2 2025
British Twitch sensation Caedrel leads a table dominated by German and Russian-speaking streamers, with Anyme023 beating more prestigious names to emerge as the top French influencer. After rising through the ranks via his TikTok content, the rising star used this fame to jump on the Twitch and YouTube bandwagons, concentrating on gaming and IRL content, especially cooking sessions.
Most watched MENA streamers in Q2 2025
Kick continued to be where most of the top content creators of the MENA region played, with their content ranging from gaming to the Kings League. A lot of these influencers remain high on Grand Theft Auto V and its highly popular Respect RP (GTA), the Saudi Arabia-based role-playing server that is perhaps the biggest globally today, and comprises many of the region's most famous streamers.
