Nicholas “Jynxzi” Stewart has recently been collaborating with other popular creators in the ‘99-0’ challenge. He played against Félix “xQc” Lengyel and Rani “StableRonaldo” Netzin Clash Royale, with the winner being the first to reach 100 wins; the caveat was Jynxzi gave them a 99-win lead. The popularity of the involved creators and the high-stakes streams helped Jynxzi set multiple channel records on YouTube Live.
Originally known for his Rainbow Six Siege content on Twitch, Jynxzi has become one of North America’s most popular creators. In 2023, he was the most-subscribed Twitch streamer globally, and his online presence has only grown since. Late last year, he started multistreaming to YouTube Live on top of his typical Twitch broadcast, and these recent challenges broke his peak viewership record back-to-back.
His first challenge against xQc set a new channel record of 37 378 Peak Viewers (PV), only to be immediately shattered by 47 194 PV for the following one against StableRonaldo. Throughout both platforms, Jynxzi accumulated over 1,000,000 Hours Watched for these challenges. Ultimately, xQc was unable to get a win before Jynxzi managed 100, but StableRonaldo managed to win game 90 against Jynxzi – with heavy-handed coaching.
The streams had no shortage of viral clip moments. From the collaborating streamers getting frustrated with the hours of constant losing, to xQc and Jynxzi negotiating the deals of their bet — Jynxzi wanted another $5,000 in stakes from xQc to stop using a certain deck, and the Canadian streamer wanted to bring in a coach. Although xQc lost without a coach, StableRonaldo would end up using a coach to great success and beat Jynxzi once.
xQc and StableRonaldo enjoyed strong viewership from their respective POV streams. On his Twitch stream, xQc received 67 034 PV during the stream, and roughly another 20,000 over on Kick. StableRonaldo reached just shy of xQc’s peak on Twitch, 66 248 PV, coming in just shortly before his ultimate winning moment.
With Jynxzi expanding to multistreaming to YouTube Live, he has continued to diversify his content and appeal to a wider and wider audience. Keep an eye on his growing audience on the red platform this year, Jynxzi could once again grind his way to the top of a new livestreaming platform.
