It's on Twitch where you can find some of the biggest content creators on the planet, that attract thousands of viewers from all around the globe. Huge viewership of certain streamers captivates the interest of multiple brands that want to reach their target demography. Streamers are the perfect people for that since most of them reach thousands of people daily, making it an easy way for companies to promote their products to many potential buyers.
In the past months, we have seen streamers being sponsored by video game companies, food chains, and many other brands. A lot of the big streamer events that took place in the last couple of months on Twitch were also sponsored by some of the biggest brands in the world, such as Mountain Dew, Xbox, Ubisoft, DoorDash, and many others. The month of October was no different, with hundreds of brands sponsoring streamers to play their game, promote their recently launched product, or just help the brand reach a new demographic.

For the second month in a row, one of the episodes of the xQc game show Juiced was among the most popular sponsored streams on the platform. Gotaga is one of the most popular French content creators on the platform, making him a hot commodity for brands that want to reach a French-speaking audience. The Team Vitality co-founder was sponsored by Activision Blizzard to promote the launch of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II and reached 73K PV on his stream. It’s a partnership that makes total sense since Gotaga competed for many years in the Call of Duty esports scene, and is arguably the most successful French console player. Gotaga stream had 250K Unique Viewers, the highest of the five broadcasts.
Fextralife, which is a video game community, and has three people streaming on its channel, Cas, Tyr, and Yuria, secured third place in this list. To celebrate Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord release on all consoles and reach a wide audience of players, TaleWorlds Entertainment partnered with Fextralife so they could showcase the game to its gaming community, and share their opinions about it. 62K simultaneous viewers gathered to see how the famous title would look on consoles, and the majority of the reactions were positive.
Famous Brazilian GTA V RP streamer LuquEt4 was sponsored by Amazon Prime Video, and despite Christmas still being far the Brazilian streamer was in a giving spirit, as he gave free subs to everyone watching, and lowered the prices of his shop. Viewers could scan a QR code that was on display on the live stream, create their Amazon Prime Video account and link it to Twitch, gaining a free sub. As expected viewers loved the idea and his broadcast reached 54.2K PV.
Shroud is well-known in the streaming community for being great at FPS games, but he plays games from multiple genres. So it's no surprise that multiple video game publishers want to partner with him since they know they will reach their target audience easily and effectively. This time it was Siege Camp, the publisher of the strategy multiplayer game Foxhole, that sponsored Shroud, and they are certainly happy about that decision, as the stream had 42K PV, being the fifth most popular sponsored stream of October.
