Share:

The last month of autumn has come to an end, it's time to sum it up on Twitch. In the new Streams Charts material, you will find out which streamers, games and broadcasts have become the most popular on the platform, as well as see the clip that had the most views in November 2021.

Top Twitch categories in November

The most popular categories on Twitch are still Just Chatting, League of Legends, and GTA V, which have been in the top 3 regularly since February 2021. Compared to last month, only their position in the ranking has changed. Just Chatting is still #1 with 225.5M Hours Watched, the game from Rockstar scored 26% more Hours Watched than MOBA from Riot Games, and took the second place (126.2M vs 99.7M HW).

The fourth in the list is Counter-Strike: Global Offensive with 78M HW (16% more than in October). In November, two major championships — PGL Major Stockholm 2021 and BLAST Premier Fall Finals 2021 — were held in the discipline, which is why the shooter's performance on Twitch has grown very much. At the same time, the Stockholm major scored record viewers statistics and even became the most popular tournament in the history of CS:GO

The top five categories also include Apex Legends, which collected 57.4M HW. Notably, in October it got almost the same number, but was ranked almost at the bottom. Valorant, Minecraft, Fortnite Teamfight Tactics and Dota 2 also got into the top 10 in November.

MMORPG New World, which was released at the end of September, has left the ranking. Instead, Teamfight Tactics got into the top 10; the game gained three times more Hours Watched in November than a month earlier.

Top Twitch streamers in November

Vatiety-streamer xQcOW became the most watched streamer in November with 18.8M HW. The content creator is ahead of the Gaules, who scored 16.3M HW this time and dropped to second place (13% less than in October). The coverage of PGL Major Stockholm 2021 and BLAST Premier Fall Finals 2021 did not help the Brazilian to top the ranking, even though these events very popular with Brazilian viewers.

Auronplay and MontanaBlack88 took the third and fourth places, respectively. Spanish creator scored 10M HW, and German streamer got only 2% less. The last in the top 5 was loud_coringa with 8.6M HW. The sixth place was taken by ibai, who got 7.4M Hours Watched. Spanish creator also scored the biggest Peak Viewers number among the streamers from top 10: his broadcast of "Golden Ball 2021" ceremony attracted over 667K concurrent viewers.

The top 10 also included JeltyjuansguarnizoMizkif and HasanAbi. Viewers spent from 5.2M to 5.4M hours on their broadcasts

Among the females, kkatamina became the most popular, gaining almost 4.8M HW — this is a real breakthrough for the streamer, since in October she scored only 164K HW (30 times less). Just Chatting category, which accounted for 1.6M hours of the total, brought her the most HW.

In November, kkatamina held a marathon that lasted for almost two weeks on the air without a break. During the subathon, she set a new record for paid subscriptions among women on Twitch.

Kkatamina ousted Amouranth, who had held the lead since March 2021. At the same time, in November, the American streamer scored almost the same HW as in October (3.1M Hours Watched), and spent 6% more time on the air.

The third place went to the Korean Saddummy, who got 1.6M HW; pokimane with 1.5M HW took the fourth spot. Both of them have been consistently included in the top 10 most popular female streamers on Twitch for several months. In fifth place are Botez sisters (BotezLive), who scored 1.2M HW thanks to the streams from FIDE World Championship — they collected six times more HW than in October.

The most popular Twitch clip of November

The video from the lilypichu stream featuring pokimane got the most views in November — 234K. There was a comical moment on the broadcast — a member of OfflineTV dressed in a Mario costume, Michael Reeves, accidentally destroyed a cooked pie, and started walking around the room, exclaiming "Mamma Mia". This greatly amused the audience.
