Facebook Gaming is one of the most popular streaming platforms in Southeast Asia, and the majority of the biggest creators live in Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia and the Philippines. In a new Streams Charts article, we'll tell you about the most watched streamers from these countries by the end of July.
Most Watched Streamers from Vietnam
The leader among Vietnamese streamers in July is Nam Blue. He broadcast only PUBG Mobile and accumulated more than 1 million Hours Watched in a month, which is 50% more than the same number in June. In addition, Nam Blue consistently ranks among the Top 10 streamers on the platform, and at the end of July he took second place.
Next comes Chim Sẻ Đi Nắng with 723K Hours Watched. The streamer is a professional Age of Empires player who broadcasts this game. It should be noted that Chim Sẻ Đi Nắng is also steadily staying in the Top 10 streamers of the entire Facebook Gaming streaming community.
The Top 3 among Vietnamese creators in July is rounded out by the Garena Liên Quân Mobile channel, which hosts official broadcasts of esports Arena of Valor matches. In the second month of summer, the channel accumulated 604K Hours Watched and took eighth place by this metric in the overall platform ranking.
The other Vietnamese streamers in the Top 10 amassed less than 240K Hours Watched over the month, and their most popular categories were Arena of Valor, Age of Empires, and Teamfight Tactics.
Most Watched Streamers from Malaysia
Hours Watched of the two most watched Malaysian channels in July were more than twice as little as the Top 2 creators from Vietnam had. The leader of the country according to this metric is Soloz. In a month he managed to accumulate slightly fewer than 400K Hours Watched, 99% of which were the result of broadcasting Mobile Legends, and 1% accounted for the only PUBG Mobile stream. It should be noted that his HW number increased by 64% compared to June.
The second most watched channel from Malaysia in July is PUBG MOBILE. Broadcasts of local esports matches in one of the most popular "royal battles" in the world amassed 353K HW over the month, which is almost twice as much as in June. Third place goes to Ultimate Sports Myanmar channel that broadcasts Mobile Legends. The streamer accumulated 272K HW being on air for only 4 hours.
The Top 5 also includes XK Penjahat, who streams only Mobile Legends, and Fredo Sameon, who streams PUBG Mobile and Mobile Legends. Other streamers from the Top amassed fewer than 130K Hours Watched in a month. As you can see, the difference in performance between the Top 1 and Top 10 Malaysian streamers is quite large.
Most Watched Streamers from the Philippines
Whereas in Vietnam and Malaysia the viewership numbers of the top streamers stood out strongly against the rest of the Top 10 creators, the situation in the Philippines is smoother. The most watched streamer in the country is Bulldog. In July, his Mobile Legends broadcasts accumulated 384K Hours Watched, which is 12% fewer than in June.
Second place in July goes to ChooxTv, whose main game is also Mobile Legends. His Hours Watched number dropped by 13% over the month and totaled just under 350K. KingJasro, another Mobile Legends streamer, is in third place. In July, his Hours Watched number increased by 11% and almost reached the 300K mark.
The Top 5 most watched streamers from the Philippines in July is rounded out by Sainty and DoNnn, who racked up 238K and 229K HW, respectively. The most popular category for the former was again Mobile Legends, while the latter only broadcasts Call of Duty: Mobile.
Most Watched Streamers from Indonesia
The gap in Hours Watched between the Top 10 most popular streamers from Indonesia is also small. For example, LetDa Hyper, the Top 1 streamer in the country in July, surpassed Top Global Miya, who comes in second place, by fewer than 1K Hours Watched. However, LetDa Hyper is a variety streamer, even though he broadcasts Garena Free Fire most of his time. Top Global Miya streams only Mobile Legends.
Cantika Gaming is the only female streamer in the Top 10 most watched streamers from Indonesia. In July, she accumulated 246K Hours Watched. The game she streams the most is PUBG Mobile, but occasionally Cantika Gaming plays Dota 2.
In fourth place is Yudi Syahputra. In July, the streamer broadcast a number of games, including GTA V, Mobile Legends, Garena Free Fire and Point Blank 3, thanks to which his Hours Watched number increased by 163%. The Top 5 of the ranking is rounded out by ZAN, who accumulated 215K Hours Watched. He mostly streams PUBG Mobile. It should be noted that the only Apex Legends Mobile streamer in the Indonesian Top is Entruv.
