FAQ

  • How do I set up the counter for multiple platforms?

It’s automated! Just enter your primary channel (e.g., your Twitch username). Our system checks the Streams Charts database for any Related Channels (like your Kick or YouTube accounts). If a match is found, they will be added to the widget automatically, allowing you to display stats for all your platforms in a single "multistreaming" overlay.

  • How will the viewer count look on my stream?

The widget is designed for maximum clarity. Each platform’s viewer count is displayed next to its official icon (Twitch, YouTube, or Kick). You can customize the layout to show these stats horizontally or vertically to fit your stream’s UI perfectly.

  • Does it show a combined total or separate numbers?

Currently, the widget shows separate live viewership for each platform. This helps your audience see how your community is growing across different services. You can choose to show Current, Peak, or Average viewers for each specific channel.

  • Is there a delay in the stats?

We fetch data via official public APIs. The viewer counts typically refresh every 30-60 seconds. This ensures you have the most accurate, near real-time data without causing any lag for your stream or OBS.

  • What if my related channels are not detected automatically?

If the system doesn’t pick up your second channel, you can manually enter the username or URL in the additional input fields. If you believe your channels should be linked on Streams Charts, feel free to contact our support to update your profile in our database.
