Multiple video game showcases led the way on YouTube Gaming in September 2026, with Nintendo's livestream even crossing 1 million Peak Viewers. As the esports season nears its climax across multiple titles, competitive video gaming also remained a focus for many organization channels last month, led by familiar series like the MPL and LCK.

Among individual streamers, VTubers were among the busiest, with half of the watch time rankings coming from this genre. Broadcasts of new video game releases also helped content creators reach high single-moment peaks on YouTube Gaming last month.

MPL Indonesia returned to the top of the podium for these rankings thanks to MPL Indonesia Season 18. This regional circuit's Regular Season, which will run until October 18, has already put up over 37 million Hours Watched, according to Esports Charts, with the main channel contributing 5.98 million HW to this number last month.

Another Mobile Legends: Bang Bang channel, MPL Philippines, also found a place in this top ten table, thanks to coverage of Season 18 of the namesake regional league. Like its Indonesian counterpart, the Regular Season will run until October, and last month, its livestreams on the official channel racked up over 1.87 million watch hours.

KRAFTON INDIA ESPORTS comes in the second spot with just over 3 million watch hours in September 2026. All of this watch time was generated from broadcasts of the Battlegrounds Mobile India Showdown 2026, part of the circuit that decides Indian representatives for the PUBG Mobile Global Championship 2026.
