The highly successful Beast Games is back, and this time, it will be "bigger, bolder, and more intense than ever." Created by YouTuber Jimmy "MrBeast" Donaldson, this reality competition television series enjoyed a record-shattering debut, and the upcoming season is set to raise the stakes further.

What and where is the Beast Games Season 2 premiering?
The second season of the record-breaking series from MrBeast, one of the world's most recognizable content creators, will premiere on January 7. Looking ahead to the second season, there will be a special VIP event livestream on the Twitch channel of Amazon's Prime Video.
Coming to the series itself, there will be a total of ten weekly episodes as the contestants battle for a life-changing prize pool of $5,000,000, as per the following dates:

Renowned streamers like Emily "ExtraEmily" Zhang, Bryce "Arky" Justice, Sakura "sakurashymko" Shymko, Jason "JasonTheWeen" Nguyen, Marlon "Marlon" Garcia and the sister-creator duo BotezLive will be online as viewers can join them for games, challenges, and chats with MrBeast.
These online stars will also most probably be broadcasting the episodes live via watch parties, so fans can check out the schedule page on their channels. Moreover, a lot of content creators who are taking part in the second season will be livestreaming the action, meaning viewers can watch the event on their channels as well. What is the premise of Beast Games Season 2?
The upcoming season will pit 100 of the strongest participants against 100 of the smartest players on the planet. The aim will be to see if superhuman strength or super genius takes home the grand prize, as each game will test the limits of human strength, intelligence, and strategy.
The second season was shot from June to August last year, after the series was renewed for two more seasons following the success of the inaugural one. After all, Beast Games Season 1 amassed 50 million viewers in just 25 days, becoming one of Amazon Prime Video's most viewed shows.
What else happened during Beast Games Season 1?
The first season featured 1,000 players competing for a cash prize that ultimately grew to $10,000,000, which the show's creators advertised as the largest single cash prize in reality television history. Ultimately, it took the title of Amazon Prime Video's most-watched unscripted series ever, with many calling it the biggest reality competition series ever created.
Jeffrey Allen won the first season of Beast Games, taking home the historic $10,000,000 prize in cash. He claimed the ultimate glory after correctly guessing which briefcase contained the grand prize on his first try. The Ohio native said that he would use a portion of the money to fund research for his son’s rare disease, Creatine Transporter Deficiency (CTD), a condition that limits brain access to the essential molecule creatine.
Amazon seems to view this almost foolproof concept, inspired by viral shows like Squid Game, with great financial potential and a sureshot way to reach a broad audience base, given that half of Season 1's audience came from outside the United States. With two more seasons already locked and the newest one premiering in a few hours, it remains to be seen what new milestones the second season reaches.
