The ID@Xbox Showcase took place on April 23, featuring a lineup of indie game reveals and drawing just over 85,000 peak live viewers, according to Streams Charts. This marks a roughly 1.5% increase compared to last year’s event in the same series.
The April 2026 edition, part of Xbox’s ongoing showcase series and held in partnership with IGN, featured a slate of indie world premieres, release date announcements, and upcoming Game Pass titles for Xbox Series X|S and PC.
How many viewers watched the ID@Xbox Showcase April 2026?
The latest ID@Xbox event drew in 85,227 Peak Viewers (PV) during the reveal of Deep Dish Dungeon, a co-op online multiplayer game where players must survive the depths of a mysterious dungeon.
While this number might not seem like a lot compared to some other video game showcases seen earlier in 2026, it was still a solid effort for a partnered event. The 85,000 PV was also a marginal improvement on what we saw at the 2025 edition held in February.
The ID@Xbox Showcase April 2026 also averaged over 7,000 viewers more than its 2025 predecessor. One big reason for the improved livestreaming numbers was the number of channels covering the event, which grew by 75%.

The total was reached by a mix of independent content creators and major media outlets, apart from the livestreams of the official publishers and partners. Among companies, it was the São Paulo-based website Flow Games that was the most popular, reaching just over 10,000 concurrent viewers.
Several prominent content creators also broadcast the event, including Saqib “LIRIK” Zahid, Sebastian “forsen” Fors, and Denis “welovegames” Korobkov. Among them, LIRIK was the most popular, peaking at just over 17,000 viewers.

Overall, English-, Russian-, and Portuguese-speaking audiences accounted for most of the event’s watch time. English alone contributed just over half of the total 85,742 Hours Watched, with various European languages making up the remainder.
