The most popular communities on Twitch in September 2021

The most popular communities on Twitch in September 2021
Share:

Streams Charts continues to summarize the results of September. In our new article, we will talk about the most popular communities on Twitch and the changes in the ranking spots occupied by them in comparison with August 2021.

Disclaimer. The ranking is based on the number of Hours Watched spent by viewers on the broadcasts of streamers of respective communities on Twitch in September. Viewership statistics of esports organizations (e.g., TSM, Team Liquid) were not taken into account – as a separate top will be compiled for these.

G FUEL is holding the first spot for several months in a row. In September, the streamers of the community generated 36M Hours Watched, which is 12% less than in August. Summit1g continues to be the leader of the community in terms of indicators, despite losing 1M Hours Watched compared to the last month of summer.

In the case of Loaded, Hours Watched increased by 25% and the community almost caught up with G FUEL in terms of indicator – despite the streamer count of the former only reaching 101, as opposed to 475 streamers of the latter community.

The Corsair community climbed two spots as compared to August, improving its Hours Watched thanks to Summit1g and Sykkuno.

The new communities also made their way to the top: Tribo Gaules and Auronplay (unlike others, Auronplay has shown what it means to be ONE MAN ARMY, as he's one participant of the team) as well as ESL Gaming. These occupied the 4th, 6th and 10th spot, respectively.

In September, the UTA community lost three spots in the ranking. This is mostly because of the drop in indicators of the community’s leader, Nickmercs – whose Hours Watched decreased by 74% compared to August.

Although the CS:GO Professional Player Streams community had no growth in terms of Hours Watched since August but still climbed two spots up the ranking. The ESL_CSGO channel (which was broadcasting ESL Pro League Season 14) continues being in the lead in terms of indicators.

Chang Gang kept occupying the same spot but lost 1M Hours Watched in September. The community’s leading user has not changed since August: this is Summit1g with 6.4M Hours Watched.
