Most watched Twitch esports teams in March 2022

March featured a rather significant event: for the first time in a while, there was a change of the leader when it comes to esports teams on Twitch. The efforts of xQcOW were insufficient for Luminosity Gaming to keep its #1 spot in the top. Streams Charts will tell you which club is currently ahead of the Canadian organization, and who else made it to the top 10 in the first month of spring 2022.

Disclaimer: The ranking is based on the total Hours Watched that the viewers spent on broadcasts of streamers that are members of the Twitch teams of esports organizations. The statistics of esports tournaments were not taken into account.

Team Liquid became the leader of March with a score of 25.6M Hours Watched. The club was able to achieve such an impressive result thanks to the broadcasts of Race To World First, an event in which World of Warcraft guilds are speedrunning raids at the highest difficulty. Over 54% of Team Liquid's total Hours Watched came from the main channel of the guild and the channel of its leader, Max Maximum Smith.

Luminosity Gaming came in second with 23.7M Hours Watched. Traditionally, xQcOW, the platform's most popular streamer, made the biggest contribution, generating 76% of the club's total in March on his own.

The growth of Team Liquid's indicators caused the other regulars of the rating (TSM and NRG Esports) to drop to 3-4 spots. Note that Team SoloMid improved its performance compared to February (up 17%), while NRG suffered a small drop in terms of statistics (down 3%). The most-watched team members were TSM_ImperialHal and aceu, respectively.

In March, the World of Warcraft guild Echo Esports also made it into the top 5 esports teams on Twitch. It was this team that was the first in the world to kill the last boss of the Sepulcher of the First Ones raid, and its members totaled 16.5M Hours Watched in March. The largest contribution was made by the team’s main channel which generated was 58% of the total indicator.

The sixth spot in the ranking was retained by Cloud9, whose streamers generated over 11.1M Hours Watched in March. There is no clear leader among the streamers in the club's team, but k3soju and forsen became the most successful last month.

The streamer team of the T1 club dropped to the seventh spot, with 10.5M Hours Watched. It is noteworthy that loltyler1 continues to be the leader of the community: despite leaving the organization in early February, he continues to be on the team. In March, Tyler collected 44% of T1's total Hours Watched.

Holding the eighth spot in the top were the Brazilian streaming stars from the LOUD team with 10M Hours Watched. As always, loud_coringa and gabepeixe were the leaders of the association, with their GTA 5 adventures generating 81% of the total result of LOUD in March.

FaZe Clan streamers generated 9.7M Hours Watched in March, which allowed them to occupy the ninth spot in the ranking of Twitch esports teams. The biggest contribution to the success of the association was again made by NICKMERCS (almost 48% of the total). When it comes to the other creators, Swagg and Zoomaa also enjoyed success with the audience.

DeToNator is another newcomer to the ranking, finishing in the top 10 in March with 8.1M Hours Watched. The success of the club was ensured by the most popular Japanese Valorant streamer, fps_shaka, who single-handedly generated 92% of the team's total indicator.
