The ranking of the most popular Twitch teams has changed quite a lot over the past month. In addition, although March is longer than February by a few days, the platform's top communities collected fewer Hours Watched than a month earlier. Streams Charts overviews the top 10 most watched Twitch teams of March 2022 by main Twitch metrics.
Disclaimer: The ranking is based on the hours that viewers spent watching creators of the Twitch teams. The list doesn’t include communities of esports organizations (such as Team Liquid, Team SoloMid and others), as they are rated separetly.
In March, the G FUEL team returned to the first place in the rating, collecting 26.9 million Hours Watched. Interestingly, the sum is 18% less compared to the community’s result in February, when it was outwatched by One True King streamers. Traditionally, the most watched of over 400 streamers was summit1g who amassed 6.1M Hours Watched: this is 3.2 times more than the second most popular member of the team scored in March (ZealsAmbitions).
The Corsair team moved up from fourth to second place in the ranking with the results of 21 million Hours Watched. Summit1g is also represented in the community, and he also became a leader of the squad. His closest pursuers were Sykkuno and CohhCarnage, and they collected 55-60% less Hours Watched than Jaryd Lazar.
With fading interest in Elden Ring and Lost Ark, One True King dropped from first to third place in the ranking of the most watched Twitch teams. Asmongold remained the leader of the community in March; viewers spent more than 9.4 million hours on his broadcasts, which is about half of the total sum for the OTK in last month.
The team of the Loaded agency placed on the fourth spot of the rating with a final result of 20.2 million Hours Watched. This team also includes summit1g and he is also the top creator by metric in March. The second most watched creator of the association was shroad, his result is about 13% of the total for Loaded.
Rounding out the top 5 is Tribo Gaules, which collected 18.8 million Hours Watched in March. As always, the leader of the team was Gaules, who accounted for 78% of the community's result: he actively covered various CS:GO championships with the participation of Brazilian teams, including ESL Pro League Season 15.
The group of Riot Games channels is ranked sixth with 18.1 million Hours Watched. The audience most closely followed the League of Legends tournaments, and especially the LCK, LCS and LEC.
The smallest team in the rankings with only three streamers is Vizz, and it scored 17.8 million Hours Watched, which ensured it the seventh place in the March top. The leader of the association, Ibai, collected more than half of the team's Hours Watched, and he also became the most popular streamer of all the teams in the ranking: his Disaster Chefs 3 show attracted over 280K Peak Viewers.
CS:GO Professional Player Streams is ranked eighth with 17.1 million Hours Watched. The biggest contribution to the success of the community was made by the ESL_CSGO channel, which accounted for 61% of the total: success was ensured by the broadcasts of ESL Pro League.
GG Talent Group became the newcomer of the rating with a total amount of 16.5 million Hours Watched in March. The team has over 50 streamers, with Elajjaz, Distortion2 and GingiTV being the most watched ones during the past month.
A month later, the United Talent Agency returned to the Twitch top teams rankings with 13.9M Hours Watched in March. As always, the most popular creator of the streamers in the community was NICKMERCS who accounted for over 33% of team’s total.
