Most watched Twitch teams in July 2022

IEM Cologne 2022 took place in July, and many matches of League of Legends regional leagues were held in this month as well. Such activity reflected on Twitch's team stats. Streams Charts presents an updated ranking of the most popular communities of streamers.

Disclaimer: The ranking is based on Hours Watched results of Twitch teams members. The list does not take into account esports communities (Luminosity Gaming, Team SoloMid and others), as they will be reviewed separately.

The most popular team for the second month in a row is G FUEL. It had 29 million Hours Watched in July, which is 2% fewer than in June. Summit1g became the leader in the team once again. He amassed more than 6.3 million Hours Watched in a month, 39daph and ZealsAmbitions come next by HW results.

Second place with nearly 22 million Hours Watched is taken by Loaded. Over the month its HW number dropped by 9%, and summit1g became the leader once again. LIRIK and shroud also made significant contributions to the team's total Hours Watched.

ESL Gaming rounds out the Top 3 most popular teams on Twitch. The group, which includes the tournament coverage studios and some professional players, accumulated more than 16.7 million Hours Watched in a month, 128% more than in June. This growth can be attributed to the active broadcasting of IEM Cologne 2022, a tournament organized by ESL.

Note: ESL has many teams with almost identical set of channels, so we included only the most popular team in the Top 10.

Riot Games is in fourth place with just under 15.9 million Hours Watched in July, a 15% increase over the previous month. This growth happened thanks to the high activity of the coverage channels of the regional leagues in LoL (LCK, LEC, LCS and others).

The Top 5 streamers' teams on Twitch in July is rounded out by Corsair, which lost 15% of its Hours Watched in a month. The top spot went to summit1g, who amassed more than 40% of the team's total. Other contributors in the Top 3 are CohhCarnage and Saintone.

Vizz, which includes only three Hispanic content creators, lost 45% of its Hours Watched and dropped from second to sixth place. Rubius was the association's top member in July. His HW result more than doubled, while Ibai and TheGrefg dropped 72% and 25% of HW, respectively. That was to be expected after a tremendous amount of success for Hispanic segment last month.

Seventh place is taken by CS:GO Professional Player Streams team with 15.1 million Hours Watched. Its HW number increased by 63% for over a month. This was mainly due to the activity of ESL_CSGO channel, which broadcasted and rebroadcasted IEM Cologne 2022 matches in July. The Intel Extreme Masters team saw a 150% increase for the same reason.

OTK and Tribo Gaules's Hours Watched dropped by 39% and 31%, respectively, resulting in the team dropping several positions and rounding out July's Top 10.
