The PC Gaming Show: Most Wanted 2025, one of the last video gaming showcases for the year, was held on December 4. Consisting of 86 reveals and new trailers, including for a few lesser-known indie gems, updates, and announcements for numerous upcoming titles, it attracted over 182,000 Peak Viewers (PV).
The star attraction of this online show was the countdown to 25 of the most anticipated games, some of which are still in development. This list included the following titles:
- Reanimal,
- Lego Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight,
- Marvel's Blade,
- Star Wars Zero Company,
- Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War 4,
- Resident Evil Requiem,
- Control 2,
- Slay the Spire 2.
Despite all the anticipation surrounding it, Grand Theft Auto VI ranked as the fifth most-anticipated game as per PC Gamer's selection council. While that might seem lowly considering the long wait for fans and the slew of delays from Rockstar Games, the fact that it was recently revealed that the title would only come out in November 2026 might have dulled the excitement a bit.
Viewers also got a glimpse of the much-hyped samurai space opera, SOL Shogunate. Fans of '90s arcade racers, especially the hit vehicular combat video game Carmageddon, were treated to the new and shiny Carmageddon: Rogue Shift, which looks to be filled to the brim with weapons, wild rides and zombies.

With so much on offer for audiences, the PC Gaming Show: Most Wanted 2025 peaked at 182,571 concurrent viewers and accumulated 445,321 Hours Watched (HW). Among the top streamers to hold watch-alongs were Zack "zackrawrr" Hoyt, who was by far the most successful channel overall to cover it.
Other prominent content creators who livestreamed the event were Saqib "LIRIK" Ali Zahid, Ben "CohhCarnage" Cassell, Chance "sodapoppin" Morris and Tony "LVNDMARK". In fact, all of these names drew more viewership than the official broadcasts on the PC Gamer Twitch and YouTube channels.

In total, 161 channels livestreamed the PC Gaming Show: Most Wanted 2025 across the three major platforms of Twitch, YouTube and Kick. Apart from English-speaking audiences, the show generated the most interest from French and Russian viewers, who remain among the most passionate communities for video gaming today.
With over 80 games showcased, this year's Most Wanted event was quite a busy one. The most anticipated games list also received a fair bit of the spotlight, and it will be interesting to see which of these titles does well upon launch.
