This past weekend, Los Angeles hosted the Streamer Awards 2025, celebrating the year’s top livestreaming talent. Dozens of creators took home awards, and Darren “IShowSpeed” Watkins Jr. earned the Streamer of the Year title for the second year in a row. We’ve already covered all the nominees and winners, so now let’s talk about the event’s viewership numbers. This year, the Streamer Awards set a new record, attracting more than 1 million peak viewers!
Just like in previous years, The Streamer Awards 2025 was led by its main organizer, Blaire “QTCinderella” — a well-known streamer and host. The ceremony was held at the Wiltern Theatre in Los Angeles and, naturally, included a red carpet and plenty of celebrity guests. Many attendees also streamed the event live on their own channels, which helped push audience reach to an all-time high.

Overall, all broadcasts of the Streamer Awards 2025 generated more than 5 million hours watched, with peak viewership topping 1 million concurrent viewers — nearly double the numbers from the 2024 show. QTCinderella pulled the biggest audience on her channel, reaching 207.6K peak viewers, marking her most-popular stream of 2025. The top three streamers also included Rani “stableronaldo” Netz and Nicholas “Jynxzi” Stewart, both of whom drew more than 100K concurrent viewers.

The viewership for The Streamer Awards category could have been even higher, as some streamers accidentally broadcasted under Just Chatting or IRL instead. Even QTCinderella — the event’s main organizer and host — spent only 25 minutes streaming in the official category. The majority of her broadcast ended up being tagged under Just Chatting.

For context, QTCinderella hosted two Streamer Awards events in 2024: one in February to recap 2023, and another in December to honor the top streamers of 2024. Those shows reached 645K and 525K peak viewers, respectively. Compared to last year, the audience has nearly doubled — and the Streamer Awards has finally crossed the major milestone of one million peak viewers.
