Top Twitch teams in Q1 2025

Top Twitch teams in Q1 2025
Share:

While the podium for the list of most-watched Twitch teams in Q1 2025 remained in the grasp of three prominent names, there was some activity elsewhere. There was also a new entrant on this leaderboard, fueled by the livestreaming exploits of one of the top content creators today: Marc "Caedrel" Lamont.

One name continued to fly the flag high for the VTubing genre, thanks to its talent roster that comprises online stars from countries like America, Indonesia, Puerto Rico, and Japan. A new entrant on the talent agencies table came in the form of the German company RAHFT, which focuses on the marketing of influencers from Twitch and YouTube.

Among esports organizations, three notable names — Karmine Corp, Movistar KOI, and  Gentle Mates — each owned by globally renowned livestreaming superstars, together broke into the top ten for the first time. This continued their gradual ascent to the top of the livestreaming and esports communities, elevating the increased importance and value that influencer-led brands can bring to the table in 2025.

The top three on the overall leaderboard continued their dominance of the Twitch teams landscape in the year's first quarter. Intriguingly, the trio witnessed almost identical quarter-on-quarter growths ranging between 5% and 9%.

The overall topper, Mythic Talent, has one of the biggest rosters of content creators among any organization globally and was the only one to surpass the 100 million Hours Watched (HW) mark in Q1 2025. The team also grew its follower count by an incredible 1,076,831 users in this period, thanks to the presence of star names like Zack "zackrawrr" Hoyt, Case "caseoh" Baker, Shylily, and filian. A big reason for its high watch time is the presence of many members who livestreamed World of Warcraft, including Chance "sodapoppin" Morris, part of one of the game's most popular guilds, OnlyFangs.

Loaded deserves special praise for constantly finishing on the podium despite having a much smaller roster of creators. What does help is that the list of influencers under its banner includes highly sought-after names like Jaryd "Summit1g" Lazar, Michael "Shroud" Grzesiek, Tarik "Tarik" Celik, and Benjamin "DrLupo" Lupo. Each of them commands a substantial follower count, with their content ranging from trying out new video game releases to following esports action to broadcasting entertaining IRL videos, attracting thousands of viewers.

The Europe-centric GG Talent Group, with a roster spanning almost 100 streamers, is the last Twitch team to pass the 50 million HW mark in Q1 2025. Swedish influencers Elias "Elajjaz" Lönn and Sebastian "Forsen" Fors were among its most-watched members during this period. Dutch sensation Insym is also part of the crew, with his love for the paranormal horror game Phasmophobia being a big reason for its sustained success since the COVID-19 lockdown days.

Led by Caedrel, Yume Talent continued its growth, making the top ten on these standings for the first time. The UK-based talent management agency founded by Mitsouko Anderson still operates with the smallest roster in the top ten, but the fame of its star British LoL influencer ensured it finished as the most popular Twitch Team of these ten names during the first quarter of the year.

OTK, without Zackrawrr since February, following his recent shift toward controversial political content, continued to lose viewers, posting the largest Q-on-Q drop of the top ten to finish in the sixth spot. There were also ZETA DIVISION, Twitch Ambassadors, and G FUEL, all with rosters chock-full of talent, but who witnessed slight falls in their watch time compared to the last quarter of 2024.

The only name other than the top three to post green in its quarterly HW figures was Team Liquid, continuing its recent good form. A big reason for this rise was its strong roster of content creators, many of whom were part of the Liquid Ultimates guild that won the World of Warcraft Race to World First, a community-driven competition, throughout March.

Among talent agencies, VShojo continued to shine the spotlight on VTubers and their work across the first three months of the year. However, it was one of Italy's leading digital media agencies for influencer marketing, aNc Media, which showed the largest jump in Q1 2025, its 41% jump seeing it comfortably finish sixth with 23.5 million HW.

The data in this section represents only the livestreaming viewership (overall watch time) of Twitch streamers representing esports organizations for the selected period. As a result, no esports team's viewership has been counted, including stats of pre-recorded content (YouTube/TikTok).

Among esports organizations, the trio of Karmine Corp, Movistar KOI, and Gentle Mates made rapid gains, finishing between the sixth and eighth spots. Led by streaming sensations Kamel "Kameto" Kebir, Ibai "Ibai" Llanos, and Corentin "Gotaga" Houssein, these teams were able to put up pretty significant broadcasting numbers in Q1 2025. Most of their content focused on covering competitive tournaments and matches from League of Legends and Valorant, with Gentle Mates influencers concentrating a lot on Fortnite, Minecraft, and Rocket League as well.

Spacestation Gaming was another Twitch team that did really well in terms of its quarterly HW growth. With a roster of talents stretching across both sides of the Atlantic, the multi-regional esports organisation based in the US had the famous Rainbow Six creator, Nicholas "Jynxzi" Stewart, to thank for this improvement. The talented American is among the most-watched streamers on Twitch so far this year, and this has helped rocket his team up the quarterly team rankings.
