It makes the broadcasts much more interesting for viewers, but also for the content creators since they have plenty of people to share thoughts with. It can be talking about video games, sharing an opinion about a movie, or just recounting a past experience. An active chat makes the stream more dynamic and enjoyable.
So we at Streams Charts decided to collect all the necessary data to bring you the ten most active chats on Twitch in October among influencers with a relatively big audience (5K Average Viewers, over 100K followers & 100K+ chat messages over the month).
Davooxeneize is arguably the most popular football streamer in Argentina, and one of the biggest in the Spanish-speaking community. All of his broadcasts are focused around talking with the chat about the most important football news of that day. Discussing the results of matches, injuries, transfers, and more. With the FIFA World Cup being very close, most of his content has been centered around the event. Davooxeneize has an incredible chat engagement rate of 32.9%, with the average rate being 10% it makes Davooxeneize chat engagement look even more impressive. In October 12.1 million words were sent on his chat, more than any other streamer on the list, further proving that Davooxeneize chat is very dynamic.
AgustinUnaplay8 is yet another Argentinian, and the content creator had the second most active chat on Twitch in October, with a chat engagement rate of 32%. He plays almost exclusively Dead by Daylight, but at the beginning of his broadcasts, he always spends some time talking with his viewers. Even in-game, he is constantly answering questions from viewers and lets his chat pick the perks he takes or which character he plays with, making the game more entertaining. On average every chatter on his stream sent almost 17 messages.
North American streamer PaymoneyWubby is known for having a very interactive stream. In most of his broadcasts, he watches TikTok or YouTube videos submitted by fans and reacts to them. He also has different themes for his streams, such as “you laugh you lose”, or “you cringe you drink!”, and each week he brings a new and entertaining theme to his broadcast. This makes watching PaymoneyWubby a unique experience. Last month he had an astonishing chat engagement rate of 30%, and 550K messages were sent in his chat.
With an amazing chat engagement rate of 30% and the fourth most active chat on Twitch in October, we have Argentian streamer Carreraaa. Carreraaa spends most of his time streaming in the Just Chatting category, where he watches funny videos, talks about video games, and recounts past experiences. All of this while he engages with his chatters, always answering his viewer's questions. In October Carreraaa gained 95K followers, more than any other streamer in this list.
Ddrb7h is the only Arabic-speaking streamer on the list, as the Saudi Arabian content creator, who mainly streams Just Chatting and GTA V RP, had a 29.2% chat engagement rate. Similar to AgustinUnaplay8, he starts his streams by talking with viewers and going over some relevant topics. Then he proceeds to play either FIFA 23 or GTA V RP, and in both games, he interacts a lot with the chat. While in FIFA the subject is more revolved around the game or football news, on GTA V RP it's related to his storyline and the character he portrays on the server.
Spanish-speaking streamers dominate this list, and Peruvian streamer ElZeein is just another reminder of that. ElZeein is a Just Chatting streamer, but his streams consist of many things. He talks with his viewers about multiple topics, debates important themes with other content creators, and reacts to videos and memes that his fans sent him. All of this makes his chat the heart of the stream. Without an active chat, ElZeein couldn’t create the same type of content he creates. Fortunately, his chat is very active, with an engagement rate of 27.4%.
We didn't include organization streams in this list, but if we did then EAMaddenNFL would sit at the top of it. The popular sports game channel had a 58.6% chat engagement rate, something every streamer dreams of. This was only possible because EAMaddenNFL did many giveaways on their broadcasts, and also had drops, which promoted a lot of interaction in the chat.
Considering other organization channels, Star Citizen also had a very active chat last month, with a 27.3% engagement rate. The video game is still to be released, but it had an event called CitizenCon 2952, that address many of the questions thousands of fans had. It encouraged fans to interact with the stream by asking questions and giving feedback on some of the features of the game.
In seventh place, with a 26.7% chat engagement rate, we have Turkish streamer Eray. Just like the majority of the content creators in this list, Eray also streams mainly in the Just Chatting category. However, occasionally he also plays some games. Worth noting that 2 million messages were sent in his stream, with every chatter sending 30 messages on average.
Polish streamer Grendy secured eighth place with a chat engagement rate of 26.4%. Grendy streams mostly GTA V RP, and his broadcasts captivate thousands of viewers. Another Polish streamer that also made the list was EWROON. Similar to Grendy, EWROON content revolves around GTA V RP, and the stories he tells while on the server. His characters and stories captivate the attention of viewers, that are always looking forward to the next chapter of his adventures. He had a chat engagement rate of 26.1% last month.
Last but not least we have Brazilian streamer tioorochitwitch. He reacts to a lot of videos with his viewers and also gives his opinion on important topics. Viewers are always taking on his chat, sharing their opinions, or reacting to the video tioorochitwitch is watching. He had a chat engagement rate of 25.1% and gained 21K followers in October.
All of these streamers have built a dynamic community. Viewers become closer and discuss topics among themselves, while the content creators are more than willing to answer the viewer's questions, and sometimes even give some advice to chatters. Having an active chat makes streamers' life much better, and many up-and-coming content creators would love to one day have such dedicated communities.
