In one of his recent streams, popular Twitch streamer Adin Ross has accidentally leaked a Discord group chat with one of his sponsors — gambling site Stake, revealing weekly proceeds from his gambling streams.
According to a report by Dexterto, the American streamer is supposedly getting paid close to $1 million per week from just one sponsor. Besides a long list of sponsor objectives, the leaked conversation also showed his cryptocurrency wallet address, which contained regular payments of 335 Ethereum per week (approximately $995,000). Adin hasn’t commented on the matter.
In the last 30 days, AdinRoss spent over 101 hours broadcasting on Twitch, streaming mainly Just Chatting and Slots. During this time, he gained 66.3K followers and 4.99M Hours Watched, out of which 2.22M HW were accumulated in the Slots category. Ross’s streams were spectated by 49K viewers on average.
The highest number of viewers during the last 30 days tuned in to his stream featuring the premiere of Kanye West’s new music album Donda 2, which took place on February 23rd. In total, 109.87K Peak Viewers tuned in.
However, Ross is currently the third most watched streamer in the Slots category, and when compared to the top two — Trainwreckstv (9.65M HW) or ROSHTEIN (8.61M HW), his numbers are significantly lower. That said, he reached the highest viewership peak in the Slots category during the last 30 days — 73.1K concurrent viewers.
As for his 2021 viewership results, Adin Ross amassed 52.86M Hours Watched during the previous year, ranking as the 12th among the most watched English-speaking Twitch streamers in 2021. He spent a total of 1046 hours broadcasting mostly in Just Chatting, attracting 50.5K Average Viewers. His highest viewership peak in 2021 equalled 254.9K concurrent viewers and his follower gain accounted for 4.76 million followers. However, his huge followers gain was largely caused by a bot raid, which inflated his follower count by 3 million.
Adin Ross started his Twitch streaming career in 2019 and gained popularity by playing NBA 2K20 with Bronny James, son of the famous NBA player LeBron James. In January 2021, Ross launched his own GTA V server, where xQcOW, as well as musicians Nav and Travis Scott would also play. His viewership skyrocketed before summer and later settled on the levels he’s seeing today. While Ross’s alleged earnings only from Stake would make him one of the richest content creators out there, his viewership, albeit remarkable, doesn’t suggest the same.
