The biggest moves in the content creator market: which streamers joined or left top-tier organizations
Share:

Organizations are always on the lookout for content creators that share the same values, and can be a good addition to the team of streamers that already represents them. While organizations gain a content creator and the fan base he brings with him, signing with a club can also be very beneficial for streamers. Teams can help streamers to create and organize events they always wanted to do, present them to potential sponsors, and also help the content creator reach a wider audience.

However, sometimes streamers also choose to leave the organizations they have been with for a long time, to look for one that better suits their needs. Or they decide that maybe going solo is the best thing for their career, as they don’t see many benefits to being associated with an organization anymore. We at Streams Charts compiled all the data necessary to bring you the influencers that either joined or left an organization in the past two months.

Deaf steamer ewokttv joined XSET

Ewokttv is a deaf streamer that plays mostly FPS games, especially Apex Legends, Fortnite, and Overwatch 2. He was part of FaZe Clan but left the organization in November of 2021. Then, in September of this year, ewokttv found a new home as he joined the popular North American organization XSET

During the last two months, ewokttv was live for 33 hours, and viewers watched his broadcasts for 1K hours. 35 viewers tuned in regularly to his streams, and he achieved a peak viewership of 117. Fortnite was his most played game.

Popular Indian streamer SnaxGaming joined S8ul

Snax Gaming is a gaming content creator from India, with almost 1.4 million subscribers on his YouTube channel. He became famous because of his Battlegrounds Mobile India tutorial videos, and other types of content related to the game. On the 10th of November, Snax Gaming attended DreamHack Hyderabad, and it was during a meet and greet he announced he had joined S8ul, one of the biggest esports organizations in the country. This is a great move for both parties since Snax Gaming brings a loyal fan base with him, and S8ul can help him make some great pieces of content, and even help him organize future events. The content creator was also invited to stay at S8ul gaming house in Mumbai, where other popular content creators reside.

In the past two months Snax Gaming most streamed game was Among Us, but make no mistake his main game continues to be Battlegrounds Mobile India. He streamed for almost 90 hours, and his streams were watched for 176K hours1.9K viewers would regularly tune into his stream, and he had 7.8K Peak Viewers

JustaMinx was “kicked out” of OpTic

In most cases when a streamer leaves an organization they do so on good terms, but in JustaMinx's case that couldn’t be far from the truth. Variety streamer JustaMinx signed with OpTic in August, and it seemed the relationship was really good for the most part. According to JustaMinx, she was expecting to be dropped by the organization after some allegations of blackmail and assault cover-up. But after the streamer had come back from a psych ward she voluntarily enlisted to get help, OpTic told the content creator to come back to Texas, where the streaming house is since it was going to be better for her mental health.

JustaMinx thought that was a nice gesture, and her fears of being dropped went away. However, just one day after, she was informed that OpTic was dropping her, and that she had 24 hours to get out of the streaming house. JustaMinx has been going from one Airbnb to another and has had a difficult time streaming on regular basis. On top of that OpTic gaming asked her to sign an NDA so she couldn't release any information about leaving the team. However, an OpTic employee ended up leaking the news to her mods.

JustaMinx streamed a little over 106 hours and had 1.6K Average Viewers. She streamed primarily in the Just Chatting category, had 10.5K Peak Viewers, and viewers watched her stream for 177K hours

Popular FPS streamer LuluLuvely leaft NRG

After three years under the NRG banner, popular FPS streamer LuluLuvely decided it was time for a change. LuluLuvely growth while in NRG was amazing, with the streamer reaching 1.3 million followers on Twitch, and also growing her other social media platforms. Contrary to JustAminx departure from OpTic, LuluLuvely exit from NRG was very amicable with the organization thanking the streamer and wishing her the best of luck in the future. For now, LuluLuvely decided to go on a solo adventure, but she doesn't exclude joining an organization in the future. According to the streamer, the biggest con about being in an organization is:

“The main downside is that you lose a lot of your sponsor categories. Not like a lot, but they do block some sponsors”

LuluLuvely is well known for her Apex Legends gameplay, but in the past two months, Overwatch 2 was her most played game. She streamed for 198 hours, and her broadcasts were watched for 535K hours. LuluLuvely had 2.6K Average Viewers and 21.6K Peak Viewers

Variety streamer Erobb221 joined TSM in a surprising move

Erobb221 is a very well know variety streamer and can be considered a veteran of the streaming world. He has been streaming since 2015, and created a large and loyal ban base. However, the streamer had never been a part of an organization, nor did he show a big interest in doing so. So when TSM announced eroobb221 it came as a huge surprise for most, but so far his time under TSM has been great. His content continues the same, and he entertains thousands of people daily.

After coming from a Twitch ban, eroobb221 streamed over 138 hours, and his broadcasts were watched for 709K hours. The variety streamer had 5.1K regular viewers and 35.1K PV

QTCinderella left TSM after the organization didn't show support for her projects

QTCinderella is one of the most popular female streamers on Twitch and is well known for streaming a variety of content. The streamer has also organized some of the biggest streaming events of the past two years, such as Shitcamp, and Streamers Awards, which gathered her a lot of fo recognition in the community. Her contract with TSM was up for renewal but QTCinderella decided to leave the organization, with the main reason being the lack of support for her projects and ideas by the organization. So she decided to walk away, to find a team that would help her make her projects come to fruition, and she did just that by joining Misfits Gaming.

In the past two months, QTCinderella stream was watched for 1 million hours, and she had 52K Peak Viewers. 6.1K viewers watched her broadcast regularly.

Steaming megastar aceu left NRG after 3 years

Aceu is a very popular FPS content creator, that is known for playing games such as Apex Legends, and Valorant at a very high level. Since joining NRG aceu had a meteoric rise to stardom, becoming one of the faces of Twitch when it comes to Apex Legends. Aceu dedicated that it was best to continue his career solo, at least for some time, so he didn't renew his contract with NRG. However, on the 12th of November aceu joined Sentinels, with the organization adding one of the most popular content creators on Twitch to their roster of talented streamers.

Aceu streamed 208 hours in the past two months, with his streams being watched for 2 million hours. He had 11K Average Viewers, and 29K simultaneous viewers

On the 9th of November, the streamer was signed by 100 Thieves, and also became the first content creator to partner with Higround, the organization's gaming hardware brand. It’s yet another great pickup by the organization.

During the past two months, iiTzTimmy was live for 412 hours, and viewers watched his stream for 3 million hours. His broadcasts had 7.2K AV, and he reached a peak viewership of 33KValorant was his most played game.

While some organizations lost very important content creators, other teams signed popular ones, which can help them reach a wider audience, and help the brand grow. Teams can have a very positive impact on a content creator's career, helping them realize their dreams, and supporting their projects. There are many talent streamers out there, and organizations will continue to give talented people an opportunity to join them.
