Released in February 2022, Elden Ring is a dark fantasy action RPG developed by FromSoftware. The game achieved commercial success, with official figures from Bandai Namco confirming over 30 million copies sold worldwide. It received critical recognition across the industry, winning the Game of the Year award at the 2022 Game Awards and several other major ceremonies.
