Popular American comedian, rapper, and YouTuber MacArthur “Funny Mike” Johnson shook up the streaming scene with an exclusive Prom Night for top-tier content creators. The invite-only event took place overnight on June 18–19 in Houston, and fans could still tune in via livestreams from attending guests. Funny Mike also hosted his stream on Twitch, setting a new personal record for peak concurrent viewers on his channel.

Streamer Prom racked up over 4.49 million hours watched live on Twitch. At its peak, the event drew an impressive 562,883 concurrent viewers. A total of 1,575 unique channels covered the prom, including both on-site guests and streamers who rebroadcast others’ livestreams.
Unsurprisingly, the most popular Streamer Prom broadcast came from Funny Mike himself. His Twitch stream peaked at 218,121 concurrent viewers, setting a new personal record for his channel, nearly 100,000 more than his previous high on the platform.
Several other well-known streamers, including Jason ‘’jasontheween’’ Nguyen, Emily ‘’ExtraEmily’’ Zhang, Din ‘’Agent00’’ Muktar, and Cinna, also covered the Streamer Prom event. The top streamer by total watch hours was Darryl Dwayne ‘’DDG’’ Granberry Jr., who generated an impressive 807,800 HW.
