Streams Charts summarizes the first month of summer on Kick. In June, the platform showed significant growth across all major metrics: total Hours Watched increased by 44%, and the Peak Viewers number grew by 69%. The major reason for it is that several prominent streamers joined the servers, and the biggest viewership boost was caused by (former) Twitch stars.

The Kick platform is currently struggling to compete with Twitch and YouTube Gaming, but it has comparable stats to such popular platforms as NimoTV or Facebook Gaming. In June, Kick was the undisputed leader in terms of high-profile events. Firstly, popular rapper Drake held a stream on the platform, where he gave away gift subscriptions for several hours, attracting over 105K Peak Viewers.
Popular streamer Adin Ross has set a new record for Peak Viewers among all channels on Kick in June. On June 25, he did another joint stream with Andrew Tate, which attracted almost 190K PV.
In June, several top streamers from other platforms, including three Twitch legends, Ninja, AMOURANTH, and xQc, joined Kick. According to xQc's manager, the Canadian streamer signed a two-year contract worth $70 million, which can be increased to $100 million through bonuses.

The most popular category on Kick in June was Just Chatting, it accumulated 27.7 million Hours Watched, nearly twice as many as the closest follower in the ranking. Worth noting that in May, the category had only 21 million Hours Watched.
In second place of the Top is the Slots & Casino category. In the first month of summer, it accumulated slightly over 15 million Hours Watched, which is 14% more than in May. The GTA RP category rounds out the Top 3, nearly doubling its Hours Watched in a month. This was greatly aided by active broadcasts from drb7h and Buddha.
Fourth and fifth places in the Top are taken by Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0 and Other, Watch Party: they accumulated 3.2 million and 2.6 million Hours Watched, respectively. Compared to May, the growth of these categories was 25-30%.
There are also some changes in the second half of the Top.
