The Argentine esports organization KRÜ Esports, founded by former football star Sergio “Kun” Agüero, has recently held the KRÜ F Tour: Valorant Edition, a VALORANT tournament that brought together multiple popular Spanish-speaking Twitch streamers, including Coscu, Lit Killah, MarkitoNavaja and ElSpreen, among others.
Under the slogan "The most troll confrontation of the year", the event featured 12 content creators, including Agüero, in a series of matches hosted by known casters Lucius Hellsing and Lucas Ledesma. Based on their rank, participants were split into two teams led by coaches Coscu and Lit Killah, with Lit Killah’s team coming out as victorious.
The KRÜ F Tour: Valorant Showmatch, which was streamed on KRÜ Esports’ Twitch channel, attracted 68K Peak Viewers and thus became the organization’s most successful broadcast up to date (by both PV and AV). On average, 42.67K viewers tuned in to spectate the action. In 5 hours of Air Time, the tournament generated a total of 226.8K Hours Watched.
This supposedly marked the first out of many events that KRÜ Esports plans to host. It is expected that future editions will feature other titles, with the next one possibly being League of Legends, as it was declared at the end of last night's stream.
