Who is Lacari?

Until the events of this week, Lacari was widely regarded as a respected figure in the speedrunning and fighting-game communities. He also enjoyed professional affiliations, including with Mythic Talent, and connections to the One True King (OTK) streaming network.
What happened?
During a live broadcast on January 22, 2026, Lacari accidentally opened Microsoft Notepad on screen, not realizing that modern versions of the app automatically save and reopen previous sessions. It contained a link to illegal and highly sensitive material, including CSAM (child sexual abuse material), bestiality, and incest-related content. The link reportedly gave access to over 1,700 files of explicit content.
Immediate aftermath
Clips of the incident spread rapidly across social media platforms like Reddit and X, leading to intense scrutiny. Once these videos went viral, both Twitch and Kick took action.
On the purple platform, Lacari's channel was suspended for at least seven days due to violations of community guidelines and terms of service related to illegal material exposure. Meanwhile, the Stake-backed platform banned him permanently from their platform. Lacari's response

Lacari's former girlfriend and streamer, quqco, also responded to fans asking for her comments, saying she wants nothing to do with someone she broke up with one and a half years ago. The popular cosplayer said in a post on X:
