Popular American streamer Ludwig and his friends and colleagues held an Apex Legends show match on March 25, where he showed the new "battle royale" modes. The event was supported by the game's publisher Electronic Arts, which provided a prize pool of $100K for the show match. Streams Charts has calculated how many viewers watched the confrontation between the stars of the two platforms.
The Ludwig Streamer Wars Apex Legends event featured well-known content creators from Twitch and YouTube. In addition to Ludwig himself, there were Valkyrae, DisguisedToast, Sykkuno, LilyPichu and other streamers — almost all of them broadcast the event on their personal channels. Participants were divided into teams and played for three hours in the "Mixtape" — a shifting set of modes "Team Deathmatch", "Control" and "Gun Run".
