North American streamer Ludwig recently hosted another special event broadcasted live on his channel. This time, the streamer held a “streamer games” event, featuring various of livestreaming’s foremost North American creators competing in traditional track and field, but with some changes to keep things exciting. The event lasted from August 17 until 19, and the event was broadcast not only by outside streamers looking in, but by many of the creators participating in the games themselves.
Ultimately, Team Red Bull conquered the event. The winning squad featured Ludwig himself, Mang0, iamfallfromgrace, and Lachlan. Although he managed to win his own event, critically, Ludwig also managed to be the event’s most popular streamer.
Across all streams to broadcast the event, not only Ludwig’s own streams, the event generated 1.75M Hours Watched. Fans tuned in for content creators featuring OfflineTV, One True King, FaZe Clan, and various other communities within livestreaming. The event reached its height early on Saturday evening, when 175.5K Peak Viewers were recorded: this viewership peak reflects the entire audience watching the event across various channels, not one channel’s viewership.
In total, the event maintained 134.9K Average Viewers across the 13 hours of broadcasting time. A large portion of this viewership came from Ludwig himself, who multistreamed the broadcast on both YouTube and the mogulmoves Twitch channel. However, many other content creators contributed significantly to the overall viewership recorded.
Many of these broadcasters reached tens of thousands of concurrent viewers, and fans were both interested in getting a view into the event and watching their favourite streamer react from home. Ludwig’s broadcasts stood at the top of our ranking, with over 58.1K Peak Viewers recorded on his YouTube Live broadcast, and almost half that recorded additionally on Twitch. For his YouTube channel, this was one of Ludwig's most popular broadcasts ever.

Emiru was the next-most popular creator, with 30.7K PV recorded. The One True King streamer didn’t attend the event, but broadcasted her reactions from home. She not only cheered on the One True King team at the event, but other streamers too. Her coverage of the event was the most popular broadcast not hosted by an event participant. Ironmouse was the only other streamer of this kind in our top ranking, as well as the only VTuber of our ranking.
Ironmouse reached 12.1K Peak Viewers for her coverage of the event; the VTubing icon kept an eye out for her friend CDawgVA, who was competing with team Twitch at the event. The Welsh streamer did not broadcast his perspective of the event, although many other attendees did. ExtraEmily was the most popular participating, having received 24.1K Peak Viewers while hanging out with some other OTK members on stream.
Other popular attendees include jasontheween and stableronaldo, followed by Ludwig’s girlfriend QTCinderella. All three of these streamers have large audiences for their channels, and these peak viewerships reflect the popularity of their own broadcasts, rather than a unique audience for Ludwig’s event. Finishing off our ranking, EsfandTV received 11.9K PV and Cinna received 10.5K. This was one of Cinna’s more popular broadcasts of her career, but generally, she has been receiving extremely high peak viewerships throughout the past few months.
