What is Marbella Vice II? Roleplay server includes streamers like auronplay, juansguarnizo

Marbella Vice II, the second edition of a streamer series that features a dedicated GTA V roleplay server, began on April 22 and will continue for the next three weeks at least. This event is played on a server customized to include lots of details from the real city alongside plenty of inside jokes between some of the most popular characters ( all of them represented by a Spanish-speaking streamer).

The organizers have not yet finalized the last date of action, mentioning that it depends on how people feel about playing more. Some of the biggest broadcasting names from the Spanish-speaking world, including auronplayspursitoarigameplays, and juansguarnizo, are involved in this event. Hence, it is no surprise that they were among the most popular names when it came to viewership.

But what exactly is the Marbella Vice series, and how did it come about? How has it been received by Spanish influencers? Read on to find out more.

What is the Marbella Vice GTA RP server?

Founded by Coolifegame, a popular name in the Spanish content creation community, this server is aimed at streamers. Developed by his agency, MoleCorp, a popular creator of such servers for the legendary Rockstar Games offering, it adds members to its playing group by invite or via an application process.

The inaugural edition in 2023 featured nearly 250 Spanish-speaking Twitch/YouTube creators and some well-known rap artists/influencers. This included prominent names like ibaiIlloJuan, and Rubius finishing among the most popular streamers to take part in the first edition.

However, it was auronplay who once again overshadowed everyone else by emerging as the most successful content creator, lending credence to the fact that his gameplays and playthroughs tend to attract a higher crowd than others in the Spanish community.

The organizers create a series of playlists, divided by the different roles that participants adopt, within a larger event page including flashcards with information about the different characters and their backstories on the official platform, ection.tv. This allows users to have all the streamers on the same multiview page while they can watch up to nine streams in parallel on a desktop or four on a smartphone so they don't miss any action.

The platform has also just released an AI feature that allows users to find their favorite games, join an ection playlist of their chosen game, and watch multiple online streamers all at once in the same place. It makes for a great way for people to discover new content and streamers, apart from providing fans with more choices as to what they can do with this GTA V RP project.

To also stimulate the minds of fans and viewers, it has launched a series of challenges for them to participate in. Winners can lay their hands on prizes and rewards for watching through the platform, which has helped attract large audiences looking to win some of these online gifts.

All this has made Marbella Vice — launched in April 2021 — GTA 5 RP's most popular Spanish server, rivaling even NoPixel. It is one major reason such prominent streaming names from the community have whole-heartedly adopted it as their server of choice, in turn driving more viewership to it thanks to the massive followings some of these online personalities enjoy.

The ongoing season has over 170 participants confirmed, with the organizer set to reveal them on a daily basis. So far, it has gotten a good reception from online users, with auronplay emerging as the most successful creator by a distance so far.

The Twitch megastar has accrued 373.1K Hours Watched and 103.8K Peak Viewers so far despite having one of the lesser airtime of the lot. Such has been the response that creator Coolifegame's channel is nowhere to be seen near the top ten by watch time.

However, one surprise is the presence of a Kick influencer in the top ten most-watched channels list. kenai, with 28K HW, sits snugly in the ninth spot, with DjMaRiiO the first YouTube Gaming representative in the 11th position having collected 27.3K HW.

There's a lot to come from these well-known content creators in the series as the weeks go by. The longer it goes, the more it can reach a wider audience, so it remains to be seen how the organizers plan to run it, but for now, fans can enjoy the show.
