The editors of Streams Charts updated the ranking of the most watched esports club teams on Twitch in October. Luminosity Gaming streamers have generated the most Hours Watched over the past month. Team SoloMid also retained its place in the top 3, while Sentinels dropped from the second spot to fifth.
The most popular esports club on Twitch in October was once again Luminosity Gaming. The organization's streamers generated 14.5M Hours Watched over the month, down 23% from September. The Canadian xQc was the most watched streamer during this period, generating 11.5M Hours Watched (down 31%), the majority of which were in the Overwatch 2 category.
Team SoloMid climbed to the second spot with over 11.5M Hours Watched per month, almost 1.5M down from September. TSM_ImperialHal, the streamer of Apex Legends, retained his status as the club's most active streamer in October with 1.8M Hours Watched (down 47%).
The third spot in October went to the organization Team Liquid. Within a month, its streamers generated 10.2M Hours Watched. Recall that in September the club's total result reached 10.8M. As usual, responsible for most of this figure was the channel of qojqva, a Dota 2 streamer, which generated 1.3M Hours Watched (up 53%) over the month. About 1M more came from the channel of midbeast, the Australian streamer of League of Legends.
American clubs Cloud9 and Sentinels showed almost the same result in October, generating 9.7M Hours Watched each (Cloud9 scored a little more, so it took the 4th spot in the ranking). Cloud9’s most watched streamers included k3soju (1.9M), forsen (1.7M), and singsing (1.1M), while those of Sentinels included Tarik (3.5M) and sinatraa (2.4M).
Japanese esports organization ZETA DIVISION ranked sixth in the October rankings with 8.8M Hours Watched, which is 1.2 million down from September (although then the club also ranked sixth in the ranking). The leaders by viewership were stylishnoob4 (4.4M views) and k4sen (2.6M views), who played Overwatch 2, League of Legends, Genshin Impact, and other titles during the month.
The Brazilian organization LOUD maintained its seventh spot in the overall standings with almost 6.5M Hours Watched in October (up from 9.8M in September). The biggest contribution to this result was traditionally made by the club's streamers playing on GTA V RP servers: loud_coringa (2.8M), gabepeixe (1.4M), and others.
On the eighth spot in the ranking was another Japanese club — DeToNator. During the month, his streamers, led by fps_shaka, generated 5.7M Hours Watched (down 32%). Streams on Valorant and League of Legends made the greatest contribution to this result. It should be reminded that in September, the DeToNator organization also occupied the eighth spot.
The last two spots in the top 10 went to FaZe Clan and NRG Esports, which generated 4.8M and 4.7M Hours Watched, respectively. In October, the performance of FaZe decreased by 36% and that of NRG Esports by 21%. They managed to stay in the top 10 because all the other clubs also faced similar problems with audience coverage. One of the reasons for this was the large number of esports tournaments taking place at the same time, due to which viewers did not have time to watch regular streamers.
