Looking through the top ranking Brazilian streamers of Q2 for 2023, it's clear some patterns emerge. For the overall rankings, there is a healthy mix of options for viewers, with ex-professional esports players making up the list alongside pure content creators who focus on games such as Grand Theft Auto or Minecraft. Towards the female side of live-streaming, Grand Theft Auto became much more popular among the top streamers and the streamers that did appear can be divided into clear categories. Gaules is the most popular streamer according to the metric of Hours Watched, having amassed 32.01M Hours Watched for Q2 of 2023. The Brazillian-Portuguese-speaking creator is a retired Counter-Strike professional and coach. Although retired, his love of the game is not extinguished and he regularly streams casts of various CS:GO tournaments. He is the most popular option for many Portuguese-speaking fans to enjoy tournaments, and he often ranks as one of the top streamers of various events, such as the recent BLAST Premier Fall Groups. Adding to Gaules’ popularity, the streamer was live for nearly the entirety of Q2, utilising reruns to maximise his watch time for the period.

In second is loud_coringa, who although ranking below Gaules actually receives more viewership on average per hour. The content creator affiliated with LOUD is a variety streamer who has streamed a lot of Grand Theft Auto RP in recent times. He collected 19.62M Hours Watched throughout Q2, and he achieved this with only 26% of Gaules’ Airtime.

Third is the ever-popular Cellbit. The Brazillian creator is a Minecraft streamer, known for playing on the QSMP server, which has a built-in autotranslation feature, simplifying collaborations between streamers of different languages. The Minecraft creator is quickly becoming one of the biggest Brazillian streamers, throughout Q2 he gained almost 400K Followers on Twitch, reaching the 3M Followers milestone just shortly after Q2’s end.

Top Brazilian Streamers of Q2 2023

Two not entirely dissimilar creators, PaulihhoLOKObr and Baiano, come next on the list. PaulinhoLOKObr is a Grand Theft Auto V roleplayer and almost gave Cellbit a run for his money. PaulinhoLOKObr amassed 13.34M Hours Watched, almost 2M more than Baiano with his 11.48M hours watch time. Baiano is also a monogame streamer, but he focuses his content on League of Legends. As a retired League of Legends professional, he played to his strengths and built up a large community as Brazil’s leading League of Legends streamer.

NOBRU comes up in sixth marking the first YouTube Gaming creator of our ranking. NOBRU is also our first mobile gaming creator on the list. The growing mobile gaming industry is slowly catching up in representation in the live-streaming sphere, and NOBRU is one of the biggest creators out there. His focus lies on Free Fire, a Battle Royale mobile game that is especially popular in Brazil. Although primarily a YouTuber creating videos for his 14M+ Subscribers, he also streams live on YouTube Gaming regularly, which nabbed him 9.04M Hours Watched for the quarter.

NOBRU is followed by LuquEt4, another Grand Theft Auto V streamer that takes a break from the grind with some Counter-Strike. He fell just short of mobile gaming giant NOBRU, amassing 9.03M Hours Watched, within 10K hours of the YouTube Gaming streamer. Close behind LuquEt4 are Forever and gabepeixe. Both streamers have a focus on Minecraft content, but Forever with 8.73M Hours Watched managed to edge out ahead of gapepeixe, who amassed 8.66M hours of watch time. Forever has the advantage of being part of the private QSMP server we mentioned earlier, whereas gabepeixe achieved his result on his own two feet, preferring to stream variety games and building up his own streaming community.

Last but not least, Alanzoka was the final creator of the list. The streamer with 6.53M Twitch Followers is a variety content creator who has been building up his Twitch following for years. In recent times he achieved most of his watch time in Q2 of 2023 streaming the new Legend of Zelda title.

Moving towards Peak Viewers Gaules remains the most popular streamer of the quarter. He achieved 254K peak concurrent viewers as a community caster for the BLAST Premier: Spring Final 2023, casting the Semi-Final match between Heroic and Imperial Esports, a Brazillian CS:GO team.

Finishing up the podium places LuquEt4 and Baiano both achieved personal records for concurrent viewers this quarter. LuquEt4 achieved his record of 186K Peak Viewers during a collaborative Grand Theft Auto V stream, and Baiano achieved his 155K concurrent viewers while costreaming the Mid-Season Invitational 2023 for League of Legends.

NOBRU is not the sole YouTube Gaming streamer this time, but he remains the top one. He achieved 124K concurrent viewers during his cocast of CPN 2023. CPN Is a Brazillian esports event organiser who hosts tournaments of Free Fire, a mobile game that can be emulated on PC. NOBRU achieved his peak viewer count whilst costreaming the finals of the event.

The following three streamers are ones we’ve already taken a look at. PaulinhoLOKObr achieved his Peak Viewers of 116K doing what he does best, Grand Theft Auto V roleplay. Cellbit also achieved 110K concurrent viewers playing on the QSMP Minecraft server, and Loud_coringa with 91K concurrent viewers, whilst streaming Grand Theft Auto V. The standout here is loud_coringa, whose peak of 91K throughout Q2 is not a personal best for him by any means.

Forever also achieved his 70K Peak Viewers on the QSMP server, but casimito and WEEDZERA TV are two new faces for this article. Casimito, the most-popular Brazillian sports streamer, actually achieved his peak of 73K concurrent viewers while watching the trailer for the (at-the-time) up-coming Spiderverse movie. WEEDZERA TV is the second YouTube Gaming streamer on this list, and he achieved his 45K concurrent viewers costreaming his own esports event. The Copa General Season 1 was a Free Fire tournament hosted in Brazil. The online event reached its peak with Weedzera’s 45K concurrent viewers, the main stream for the event.

Now that we’ve had a chance to explore the top streamers of Brazil for this quarter, let’s take a look at how their female peers are performing. In first with 900K Hours Watched for the quarter is sabrinoca. Sabrinoca is a smaller variety streamer but managed to take the top spot with consistent streaming schedules and a steady output of content. Some of her most popular streams for the quarter were her Teamfight Tactics streams.

Coming up second is paulanobre. She is primarily a Valorant content creator and her most watched content for the quarter were her twenty-four hour streams, however, she also received a solid amount of viewership with her various community costreams of Valorant events. She fell just shy of 700, receiving 699K Hours Watched throughout the quarter.

The rest of the ranking for female streamers was relatively close, with less than 160K hours of watch time separating them all. JuliRamos achieved 500K hours of watch time with her Grand Theft Auto V roleplaying streams. Behind her were cyntia with 376K hours watch time and thayfps_, with 342K Hours Watched. Both of them had similar content to JuliRamos, GTA V roleplaying streamers they sometimes even played on the same server.

Following the patterns, baianinha_cassino, nerafpss, and s2_alinefaria also ranked within the top ten. All three of these streamers streamed within the Virtual Casino category and baianinha_cassino was the top streamer with 428K hours of watch time. Apart from these streamers, we have Mirys in fifth place with her ASMR content, amassing 408K Hours Watched throughout the quarter. Some familiar faces take up spots in the Peak Viewers ranking, with JuliRamos just falling into tied-first with 15K Peak Viewers, which reached this peak during her GTA V RP content. She ranked ahead of cyntia, who reached 5K concurrent viewers also streaming GTA V RP. Lux_veganah is the next streamer we’ve already looked at, she achieved a personal record of 8K concurrent viewers during a Special Events stream for Twitch Pride. Lastly of these familiar faces, paulanobre reached 6K concurrent viewers whilst streaming Valorant.

Tainafrente took the first-place spot alongside JuliRamos. Tainafrente achieved her Peak Viewers figure during a Grand Theft Auto V stream, thanks to a sizeable raid from loud_coringa of 19K viewers. Although not all of them stuck around, it was enough of a boost to get her her most-popular stream ever.

Following a slight drop off to 9K concurrent viewers, rbiana is up next. The streamer reached this peak during her Just Chatting stream, when tioorochitwitch, a Brazilian creator with 1.43M Twitch Followers, raided her channel. Myssrp is not far behind, another GTA V RP streamer, she reached 8K concurrent viewers, slightly more than mandraka’s 7K, another GPA V streamer.

The last two streamers of our rankings keilemeg and marifpss both reached 6K concurrent viewers during the quarter. Keilemeg achieved this with her GTA V content and marifpss also reached the same peak while streaming the same game.
