Streams Charts continues summarizing the results of 2021 on Twitch. Today we will cover the ten most viewed Hispanic streamers on the platform, as well as discuss the changes in viewership on their channels.
Raul auronplay Alvarez scored 120.63M Hours Watched, which is 73% more than in 2020, which allowed him to rise from second to the first spot in the top. In addition, auronplay also became ranked first in terms of Average Hispanic Viewers, as well as ranked third in the overall 2021 streamer rankings by Hours Watched. His top categories were Minecraft, GTA 5, and Just Chatting.
Ibai ibai Llanos ranked next to auronplay in both the Hispanic and overall rankings. Compared to 2020, the streamer managed to increase this channel’s Hours Watched by 50% (up to 105.68M). Peak Viewers indicator reached 1.54 million (up 180%) and this happened during the broadcast of a streamer fighting tournament hosted by ibai.
Ruben Rubius Doblas lost two positions in the ranking at once, dropping to the fifth spot. His channel's Hours Watched dropped by 4%, Peak Viewership by 27%, and Average Viewership by 12%. At the same time, the total time spent on air increased by 10%.

The drop of Rubius to the fifth spot is largely due to the strongly increased performance of David TheGrefg Canovas and Juan juansguarnizo Guarnizo, who were Ruben's runner-ups in 2020.
TheGrefg occupies the third spot with 78.75M Hours Watched (up 64%). David managed to attract a record number of Peak Viewers: 2.47M. It happened in January 2021 during the presentation of his own skin for Fortnite.
Juansguarnizo was ranked fourth with 70.93M Hours Watched on his channel (up 116%) and was the only Colombian in the ranking. Note that in 2021, he joined the esports organization KOI, created by ibai and Gerard Pique, as one of the content creators.
The sixth spot was taken by a newcomer to the ranking – Mexican player of the G2 Esports Fortnite team Jesus Jelty Espinosa with a score of 39.53M Hours Watched (up 538%). In 2021, he broadcast for 3.17K hours and became the leader in this indicator among the top 10 most viewed Hispanic streamers.
Popular YouTuber Victor elded Calderon was occupying the seventh spot in the top, but at the end of 2021, he dropped to the ninth spot. Viewers spent just over 21M Hours Watched on broadcasts. Although this indicator increased by 10% in a year, there were two newcomers to enter the ranking, whose indicators increased much more than that.
These are IlloJuan and elxokas, which scored 26.3M (up 271%) and 23.31M (up 798%) Hours Watched respectively. The best categories of the former were Just Chatting and Rust, and of the latter, World of Warcraft and Rust.
Closing the top 10 most viewed Hispanic streamers is ElMariana, whose broadcasts were attended by no more than 300 viewers back in December 2020. In just a year, he managed to reach an indicator of 20.94K Average Viewers, allowing the channel to score 18.9M Hours Watched.
Most of the popular Hispanic streamers solidified their positions in 2021 by playing Minecraft, Rust, and GTA 5 on RP servers. Many YouTubers have switched to Twitch and started streaming careers while already having huge amounts of followers. TheGrefg set a platform record for Peak Viewers, and Ibai was named the best streamer of the year by The Esports Awards for two years in a row.
Reborn_Live, coscu, Brunenger, and FolagorLives, whose audience has not grown much over the year, left the ranking, giving way to new faces. At the end of 2021, the average number active Twitch channels grew by almost 20%. The competition between streamers is gradually increasing, so it is becoming increasingly difficult to attract new viewers to channels.
