American streamer Myth, 23, has left the Twitch platform and signed an exclusive contract with YouTube Gaming. The Influencer made the announcement on social media, posting a video saying ''This is my decision".
Myth has become popular thanks to entertaining broadcasts on Fortnite and Valorant. He also played in tournaments under the TSM FTX club tag for a while and when he stopped playing professionally, he was a long-time member of the organization as its official streamer. Now he has over 2.5 million followers on Twitter and another 6.4 million on Instagram.
In June, Myth aired over 136 hours on Twitch and accumulated 461K Hours Watched. Average Viewers on his broadcasts during this period was 3.3K, with 10.6K Peak Viewers. The streamer spent the most time playing Valorant.
Myth had over 7.4 million followers on Twitch when he switched platforms. His record Peak Viewers number was 122,5K. This happened in April 2020 during a Valorant broadcast with giveaways of drops.
Myth is one of many content creators who moved from Twitch to YouTube in the last two years. DrLupo, TimTheTatman, LilyPichu, DrDisRespect, Valkyrae, Ludwig, Sykkuno and others earlier signed exclusive contracts with the platform.
