The streaming platform Trovo has launched the Sub Star event, the prize pool of which is $1,000. Event will run until June 16, and it is open for streamers from Trovo 500 Blue and Green.

Streamers need to express their appreciation to their subscribers in the most creative and unique way possible to compete for the share of the prize. These can be gestures, phrases, or anything else one can think of. For example, a popular streamer PewDiePie uses the Bro Fist gesture to greet his subscribers. When streamers comes up with a greeting, they will need to send a clip of it via a special form.

Rules:

  • The acknowledgment must be something the streamer can do live on air.
  • A clip must be made to confirm that the requirement is met, and sent via the submission form.
  • Participants can send more than one clip.

At the end of the event, the Trovo staff will select 50 winners from each program. You can read about the distribution of the event's prize in the official announcement.

At the end of May, Trovo celebrated its second birthday. To mark the date, Streams Charts published an article describing the most popular streamers, sections and languages of streamer platform broadcasts over this period.
