Streamer University 2026 is a five-day creator bootcamp hosted by Twitch superstar Kai Cenat, bringing together dozens of streamers for a mix of challenges, classes, and live entertainment. What is Streamer University 2026? 

Streamer University 2 is a five-day creator bootcamp and reality-style event organized by Twitch superstar Kai Cenat. From July 15 to 20, 2026, many aspiring streamers and content creators are living on a college campus, attending lectures and workshops hosted by well-known creators, musicians and celebrities, while competing for the chance to grow their audiences and kick-start their streaming careers. 

The qualifying rounds for Streamer University 2 were held in cities including New York, Los Angeles, and Atlanta, while the main campus is based at Hendrix College in Conway, Arkansas.

A total of 120 "students" are taking part in Streamer University 2026, with the vast majority being aspiring streamers just beginning their careers in content creation. As expected, participants were selected through a competitive application process organized by the event's team.

However, the program has also attracted several well-known streamers and content creators who chose to enroll as students, including Kylie “thesketchreal” Cox, Rani “StableRonaldo” Netz, Marlon “Marlon” Garcia, Nick “Lacy” Fosco, and Maxwell Elliot “Plaqueboymax” Dent.

The project recreates the classic American college experience: participants live on campus, attend lectures, take part in hands-on workshops led by celebrity guests, and compete against one another. 

During the program, participants will attend lectures and workshops led by popular streamers serving as “professors.” The lineup includes creators such as Ludwig “Ludwig” Ahgren, Din “Agent00” Muktar, Brittany “Cinna” Lynn Watts, Imane “Pokimane” Anys, Alexander “Adapt” Hamilton, Rachell “Valkyrae” Hofstetter, and other major livestreaming stars.

It's worth noting that the event is streamed not only by the students and professors themselves, but also by third-party creators who are following the project and discussing its participants. These broadcasts can typically be found in the Just Chatting category or in the dedicated Streamer University category on Twitch.

Streamer University is positioned as an educational bootcamp and reality show rather than a competition to crown a single champion. Instead of focusing on one ultimate winner, the program emphasizes mentorship, collaboration, and helping aspiring creators improve their livestreaming skills, grow their audiences, and gain real-world experience throughout the five-day bootcamp. 

What viewership can Streamer University 2026 expect? 

The inaugural season of Streamer University took place from May 22–26, 2025, at the University of Akron in Ohio. The event proved to be a major success, with the combined broadcasts from all participants generating more than 26 million Hours Watched. At its peak, Streamer University attracted over 731.3K Peak Viewers across all streams. 

Kai Cenat's project proved to be such a massive hit that the Streamer University category climbed to second place among all Twitch categories by Peak Viewers, narrowly trailing only Just Chatting. Kai himself reached more than 638.2 thousand concurrent viewers, which at the time became the second-highest Peak Viewers figure in his Twitch career.
