Streams Charts to power the Streaming Ranking Leaderboard in PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS’ PAYDAY Streamer Challenge, a new creator competition tied to the game’s PAYDAY mode.
The challenge features a $100,000 prize pool and ranks participating streamers across two categories. The Play Ranking Leaderboard is based on total scores earned in PAYDAY mode, while the Streaming Ranking Leaderboard is based on total Hours Watched across eligible PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS’ broadcasts on Twitch, Kick and YouTube.
For the streaming leaderboard, PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS will use data sourced from Streams Charts. The platform is also used to verify creator eligibility, including follower count and recent streaming activity, before the event.
The format puts livestreaming performance directly into the competition structure. Streamers are rewarded not only for how they play but also for how much audience attention they generate during the challenge. The streaming side also carries the largest individual prize, with $20,000 going to the top creator on the Streaming Ranking Leaderboard.
The PC phase of the PAYDAY Streamer Challenge runs from May 13 to May 22, while the console phase runs from May 21 to May 30. Final winners will be determined based on the combined PC and console rankings after the event concludes.
The PAYDAY Streamer Challenge continues PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS’ recent use of Streams Charts data in creator-focused competitions. Earlier this year, Streams Charts also powered the Xeno Point Streamer Challenge, helping measure creators by total Hours Watched across eligible broadcasts.
