TwitchCon 2022 took place in Amsterdam last weekend, bringing together top streamers and content creators from around the world. The Stream Charts team collected the audience statistics of the most popular guests of the event.
Most watched TwitchCon Amsterdam 2022 streamers
The top most watched channels on TwitchCon 2022 were streamers broadcasting in English, German, Polish and French. During their broadcasts, the guests of the event mainly communicated with each other and with fans, walked around Amsterdam, made reviews from the venue, answered questions in chats, etc.
Among content creators, EsfandTV (292.2K), Jinnytty (278K), and HasanAbi (223K) were the leaders in terms of Hours Watched at TwitchCon 2022. The top 10 by the metric also includes the German creator TheRealKnossi (217K), the Polish streamer Franio (213K), and the Frenchman Rivenzi (115K). Note that Jinnytty was the only girl in the top.
The performance of the official channels of the event was significantly higher. Streams on the official Twitch channel generated 728.6K Hours Watched, and Twitch Rivals tournament broadcasts generated 621.9K. These channels swapped places in the ranking by Peak Viewers: Twitch Rivals attracted 83.4K Peak Viewers, while Twitch attracted 59.9K. It is worth noting that contributed to the leadership of Twitch Rivals was streamer TheGrefg, who was hosting during Ultimate Challenge 3.
Most popular TwitchCon Amsterdam 2022 streamers
The Spanish streamer ELSpreen took the first spot in terms of Peak Viewers among content creators. He was on the air for a little over an hour (while streaming from the hotel room) but during this time his broadcast gathered 34K Peak Viewers. A little short of that mark were TheRealKnossi (32.6K) and HasanAbi (31.8K).
The top 10 also included the Frenchman Rivenzi (30.2K) and the Spaniard TheGrefg (28.6K). About 27K Peak Viewers were attracted by the PlayNewWorld channel, where the New World PvP Arena open tournament was held; the participants fought right on the TwitchCon stage. British streamer tommyinnit attracted almost 25K viewers during the Minecraft tournament and his compatriot WilburSoot, who broadcast the same event, attracted a little fewer (22.4K). The top 10 streamers from TwitchCon 2022 in terms of Peak Viewers also included the Russian creator buster: at one point of the broadcast, more than 20.5K viewers gathered on his channel.
Interestingly, some guests of TwitchCon 2022 managed to reach half of their usual monthly audience in just two days, and the French streamer Rivenzi even managed to set a new personal record by gathering 30.3K Peak Viewers.
It should be noted that not all guests of the festival were streamers. For example, one of the most popular Twitch streamers, pokimane, did not go live at all, but participated in activities from the organizers and communicated with fans. While some streamers walked around the venue and talked to attendees live, others, such as Nmplol, followed the event remotely and watched the streams of colleagues. In addition to the usual conversational broadcasts, in great demand were Twitch Rivals competitions, as well as themed events on Minecraft, World of Warcraft, and other games.
