Having returned to the Netherlands earlier this year, TwitchCon will now move to San Diego for 2024's second edition from September 20 to 22 at the San Diego Convention Center. It will be yet another festival of streamers and folks from chat as the community hangs out for a weekend of games, meet & greets, networking, learning new skills, live esports, and so much more.
The previous edition in this coastal Pacific city was held in October 2022 at the same venue, with the likes of Amouranth, Staryuuki, Pokimane, Tfue, xQc, welded, JustaMinx, Replays, sodapoppin, and juansguarnizo participation. Festival guests took part in a variety of activities like mini-concerts, master classes, cosplay contests, and “How to Become a VTuber” guides.
This semi-annual gaming convention for the live-streaming video platform Twitch will be returning to California for the seventh time, so there'll be lots of expectations from fans, streamers, and organizers. It is also the fourth time it will be held in a city famous for its beaches, parks, and warm weather.
TwitchCon San Diego 2024 Tickets
Tickets have been available since February, with today being the last day of the early bird offer. Essentially, fans interested in attending the convention can get $20 off their tickets by purchasing the three-day + TwitchCon Block Party bundle till June 12.

TwitchCon San Diego 2024 Events
Just like TwitchCon Rotterdam from June 29 to 30, attendees can take part in numerous activities and events. This includes Artist Alley, Cosplaying, Tabletop, and Expo Floor, with Meet & Greets allowing fans to say hi, grab pics, and get their merch signed by their favorite streamers.
There's also the staple of these convention events like Loot Cave, Glitch Theater, and Creator Camp. That is without mentioning the highly sought-after Twitch Rivals Arena, where the most prominent content creators 'join forces and duke it out across an array of games in three full days of competitive live shows!'

Moreover, the list of Twitch Partners who have confirmed their participation includes Swiftor, DansGaming, AdmiralBahroo, and StrawberryTabby. The first name is the only one so far that has more than a million followers, with most of them understandably being from North America.
Among the other prominent internet stars who will be present in San Diego are SypherPK, Tubbo, PirateSoftware, Scarra, and Shylily, all in their capacities as featured streamers.
