Many streamers would love to transition to a variety streamer, since having the ability to play whatever they feel like, and still maintain their audience is the dream of most content creators. Variety streamers are also very important for the platform since they provided various ways to entertain viewers. It can be on a single-player game like God Of War, a multiplayer competitive game such as Valorant, or even an IRL game.
Variety streamers are one of the pillars of streaming platforms so we decided to do a list with the Top-10 most watched streamers of the category, that played more than 100 games in Q3.

Saqib “LIRIK” Ali Zahid is a North American content creator and is the most popular variety streamer on Twitch. He has been a well-known figure on the platform for years and continues to reach a wide audience, that loves seeing him play multiple titles. LIRIK is always finding new and exciting games to play and adds his great sense of humor to his broadcasts which makes them even more entertaining. He has built a big and loyal fan base, that always tunes in when the streamer goes live. In Q3 LIRIK played 144 games, his streams were watched by his viewers for 9.8 million hours and reached 38.5K Peak Viewers. LIRIK has by far the highest number of Average Viewers in this list with 19.7K AV, more than all the other channels combined.
Bonjwa is the channel of the biggest German gaming community on Twitch. A group of friends creates content for the channel daily, with every stream having a strict schedule, and normally more than one game is played. It's similar to a TV channel where every program has a determined duration. German viewers go to Bonjwa when they want to have a good time and be entertained. In Q3 107 games were played by the many content creators that work on the channel. Bonjwa broadcasts were watched for 3.68 million hours, and had 21K Peak Viewers, so we can see the channel is very popular in the German-speaking community.
Another German streamer that enters this list is Erik “GronkhTV” Range. Saying that he is well-known in the video games industry would be an understatement. GronkhTV is a computer games developer, video games journalist, musician, entrepreneur, and a big personality in the German streaming community. He is considered by many the most popular let’s play streamer in Germany. GronkhTV streams almost every day, and he plays a plethora of games. During Q3 GronkhTV played 175 games, the second highest in the list, and his streams were watched for 3.61 million hours.
Russian streamer BlackUFA is one of the most-watched variety streamers on Twitch. He started streaming in 2015, and since then built a large community, cementing himself as one of the biggest variety streamers in Russia. BlackUFA mainly streams single-player games, such as Yakuza 0, The Last of Us Part I, and Cuphead. However, we can occasionally find him playing competitive multiplayer titles like Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II. 111 games were played by him in Q3, and viewers watched his streams for 1.2 million hours.
Xop0 is yet another Russian streamer that entered this list. Despite not being as popular as BlackUFA, he streams almost every day and has a loyal fan base. Similar to his Russian compatriot he streams mainly single-player games. Xop0 played the most games of all the streamers in the list, with 264 games played in Q3. This is because he streams daily, and is always looking for new games to bring to his channel. Xop0 streams were watched for 850K hours.
Polish content creator Bonkol is already a veteran of the streaming world, as he streams since 2012. He plays multiple games, but he especially likes to try indie and less well-known games. However, Bonkol doesn't stream only video games, as we can find him streaming IRL content and doing cooking streams. He streams pretty much every day, and always tries not to play the same game two days in a row, to diversify his content. Viewers watched his broadcast for 415K hours in Q3, and he played 104 games during that four months.
The Italian streamer giankoextreme was the seventh most-watched variety streamer of the third quarter. He is also one of two Italian streamers that entered this list. Giankoextreme streams since 2018, and despite not being as well known as most of the streamers in this list, he is very dedicated, maintaining a regular streaming schedule, that helped him to grow and create his fan base. The fact he is a very charismatic streamer, who has a funny personality, makes his streams very entertaining for viewers. He plays mostly single-player games, but on rare occasions, he might play multiplayer games with his friends. He played 119 games in Q3, and his streams were watched for 413K hours.
South Korean streamer 재욱이임_ is probably the less know content creator on this list, but he is also the only Asian streamer on it. He started streaming on June 2022, and since then has streamed almost every day. 재욱이임_ is always striving to bring new and original content to his broadcasts, streaming long hours every day to continue to grow his stream, and reach a wider audience. During Q3 재욱이임_ played 110 games, and his streams were watched for 338K hours. A great number for a streamer that started broadcasting on Twitch a little over 3 months.
ProtonJon is a very well know and respected name in the let’s play community as he is one of the founders of the popular YouTube channel TheRunawayGuys. The North American streamer plays a lot of single-player games and is always checking the games that were recently released, playing multiple games on a single broadcast. He doesn't stream every as most of the streamers on this list, but he makes sure to stream at least three to four times per week. During Q3 ProtonJon played 115 games and his streams were watched for 241K hours.
SoloUmido is an Italian streamer and is the last entry on this list. He is a very charismatic person, with a good sense of humor, which makes his broadcasts a joy to watch. SoloUmido started streaming on Twitch in 2019 and has been slowly building up his community. Now he streams almost every day, and his streams are focused on single-player games. During Q3 he played 117 games, and viewers watched his streams for 202K hours.
Curiously most streamers on this list are from the European continent, with only 2 streamers from North America, and one from Asia. Variety streamers are clearly very popular on Twitch, and most of them managed to build a loyal fan base, which is the most important thing when you are a streamer that plays a different game almost every day. Variety streamers will continue to be very important to streaming platforms since they attract viewers from all kinds of game genres, and are vital to any platform's long-term success.
