A rising star has emerged in the women's top ranks of Twitch streamers: Alondrissa from Puerto Rico. This 22-year-old streamer, well-known on TikTok with over 2.4 million followers, has recently been excelling in live streaming. She captivates her audience with parodies, reactions, and entertaining joint broadcasts with her friends.
On July 21, Alondrissa hosted a highly anticipated stream that attracted over 151,400 concurrent viewers at its peak, three times more than her previous record. She achieved this new milestone during the joint broadcast featuring the popular artist Young Miko, a Puerto Rican rapper-singer widely known in the Spanish-speaking community. Recently, Twitch viewers had the opportunity to watch Young Miko perform a mini-concert during the boxing show tournament La Velada del Año 4, hosted by Ibai.

Young Miko previously played soccer professionally and even represented Puerto Rico's women's youth team. In 2017, she left sports to pursue a career in the rap industry. In recent years, her career has flourished, winning individual awards at the MTV Europe Music Awards, Latin American Music Awards, and iHeartRadio Music Awards. Young Miko now has nearly 2.3 million YouTube followers, with some of her music videos surpassing 100 million views.
The joint stream of Alondrissa and Young Miko created a buzz among both the streamer’s fans and the singer’s followers. They interacted with viewers in the chat, shared funny stories, answered questions from fans, and more.
Thanks to the collaboration with Young Miko, Alondrissa climbed to the eighth spot among the most popular female Twitch channels. She surpassed the achievements of platform stars like Kyedae and pokimane. However, Alondrissa still has room to grow. Currently, the leading female streamer on Twitch is Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, an American politician, activist, and member of the Democratic Party. Her Twitch debut attracted over 439,000 peak viewers, during which she played Among Us with pokimane and other streamers.
In recent months, Alondrissa has consistently ranked among the fastest-growing streamers on Twitch. As a result, her channel recently reached its first million followers.
