Share:

The streaming world is composed of plenty of content creators. Some create content for thousands of viewers, while others do it on a smaller scale. However, they all have something that makes them unique. Every year, some streamers reach an insane level of popularity, and others see astonishing growth. We at Stream Charts collected all the necessary data to bring you the streamers that saw the fattest growth, or reached an astonishing level of popularity.

KaiCenat

KaiCenat started streaming on Twitch in 2021, but 2022 was his breakthrough year. The North American streamer loves to talk with his viewers. He also invites plenty of famous people, like rappers, or basketball players to his streams. There, they talk about different topics, play games, or do some challenges. His personality and sense of humor, are what make viewers tune into his streams regularly.

In 2022, KaiCenat reached plenty of milestones, such as reaching 100K subscribers, 3.4 million followers, and becoming one of the faces of Twitch. He made a lot of diversified content, such as e-dates, playing NBA 2K23 with 21 Savage, reacting to the Twitch drama, coining the famous “rizz” term, and inviting other famous streamers such as AdinRoss, or xQc to his broadcasts.

KaiCenat viewership stats are fantastic, with the streamer averaging 49.5K concurrent viewers, and 283K Peak Viewers. His peak viewership was reached in his stream with the famous rapper 21 Savage. As mentioned above, they played NBA 2K23, reacted to KaiCenat music video, and talked about plenty of things. As of today, there are only a few streamers that can be considered as popular as KaiCenat. Taking into account it's only his second year streaming on Twitch, it makes his achievements even more impressive. We will surely see KaiCenat achieve more milestones in the future.

IShowSpeed

IShowSpeed is an internet sensation. He started streaming in 2020, but similar to KaiCenat, it was in 2022 that he reached stardom. The 17-year-old North American streamer, went viral because of a clip where he imitates legendary football player Cristiano Ronaldo celebration. Fast forward a couple of months, and he is now known worldwide.

IShowSpeed has a very unique personality, and his content is distinctive from every other content creator, independent of their platform. You can find IShowSpeed streaming a plethora of games, such as Fortnite, or FIFA 23. He also does IRL streams, reacts to videos, and is constantly on chatting websites such as Omegle, where he interacts with plenty of people. Most of all, IShowSpeed is known for idolizing Cristiano Ronaldo, and being a hardcore fan of the football player. He went to Qatar to see his idol play, but unfortunately for him, Cristiano Ronaldo started on the bench in both games, and didn't have much of an impact.

When we look at IShowSpeed viewership stats, we see why he truly is an internet sensation. In 2022, his broadcasts were watched by 51.5K Average Viewers, he gained 11 million followers, and achieved a peak viewership of 288K. This viewership was reached in Portugal vs Morocco World Cup game, where Portugal was eliminated. After the game, IShowSpeed was devastated to see his idol eliminated from the World Cup.

Casimito

Casimito is one of the most loved Brazilian streamers. He was already well-known in the streaming community, but this year casimito became a part of Twitch “streaming elite”. The Brazilian content creator is mostly known for reacting to videos and talking about football. He watches summaries of the games from all the major leagues, especially the Brazilian leagues.

In 2022, Casimito broadcasted plenty of football games on his channel, most being from the Copa do Brazil, and only subs could watch them. This was made possible due to a partnership with Amazon Prime, and other entities. However, what truly made 2022 a unique year for casimito, was the World Cup. He became the first-ever streamer to have broadcasting rights to the tournament.

During its entire duration, casimito broadcasted at least one game per day, and streamed all the matches of the Brazilian national team. It was in the quarter-final match between Brazil and Croatia, that casimito broke the record for the most popular broadcast ever on YouTube Live. He had 6.1 million viewers watch the game, becoming the most popular stream of 2022. Casimito Twitch viewership stats are very impressive, with 34K Average Viewers, and 545K Peak Viewers

However, tarik is on this list since 2022 was the year he had his big breakthrough, mainly thanks to his Valorant content, which made him one of the most popular content creators on Twitch.

He became a full-time streamer after being benched by Evil Geniuses in April of 2021. Since then, he started to stream mostly Valorant, and the content creator gained a lot of new fans, followers, and his viewership numbers skyrocketed. In 2022, he became the “king of co-streams”, with his broadcasts of the most important Valorant tournaments of the year, reaching a very wide audience. He is now arguably the biggest Valorant streamer in the world.

As mentioned above, tarik numbers skyrocketed in 2022. Last year, the steamer had 24K Average Viewers, reached 196K Peak Viewers, and gained an impressive 1.2 million followers. With 2023 being the first year of the Valorant partnership program, we can expect tarik to attract more viewers, and perhaps even break some viewership records.

IlloJuan

IlloJuan is one of the most loved and popular Spanish streamers. What makes IlloJuan so popular, is that he is very relatable. Just like plenty of people, he is a person who loves video games and has a good sense of humor. However, IlloJuan can captivate thousands of people, and entertain them for a long time, which is something only a few can do. He plays a plethora of games such as MinecraftRust, and God of War Ragnarök. But it's in the Just Chatting category that the streamer spends most of his time, talking with viewers about multiple topics.

In 2022, IlloJuan's loyal fan base continued to grow, with the streamer gaining 1.6 million new followers. He had 37K viewers tuning in regularly to his broadcasts, and reached 182K simultaneous viewers. With the ability to reach and entertain a wide audience like only a few are able to, 2023 can be a record-breaking year for the Spanish streamer.
