The Brazilian streamer Casimiro Miguel Vieira da Silva Ferreira, better known as Casimito or Caze, has set a YouTube Live world record for Peak Viewers. This happened when he was broadcasting the Brazil-Croatia match in the quarterfinals of the FIFA World Cup.

The Brazilian creator's YouTube channel CazéTV had around 6.15 million Peak Viewers, which is a new absolute record on the platform. The previous record belonged to the Crew Demo-2 stream by the YouTube channel SpaceX, which was watched by more than 4 million Peak Viewers.

Casimito has exclusive rights to broadcast the FIFA World Cup 2022 matches, with everyone that resides in Brazil being able to watch them for free. Although the streamer puts up records on YouTube, viewers can also watch matches on his Twitch channel. The previous World Cup match of the Brazilian national football team versus Korea reached 5.2 million people on CazeTV YouTube channel.

Casimiro 'Сasimito' Miguel is one of the most popular streamers in the Portuguese-speaking segment. The audience of the Brazilian creator has grown significantly after the start of the World Cup broadcasts.
