Swedish content creator Elajjaz conducted another charity stream, this time by participating in the Swedish Classic, and it created quite a stir in the online community. The 'charity trailrun' from September 23 saw him do 30km of cross-country running and live stream it for his fans and potential donors, and at the end of it all, he was able to collect $40.5K raised.
The proceeds were handed over to Save the Children, a leading humanitarian organization for children. The international, non-government-operated organization was founded in the UK in 1919 with the aim of helping improve the lives of kids worldwide.
Most importantly, the organization has general consultative status in the United Nations Economic and Social Council. That is because it 'helps raise money to improve children's lives by creating better educational opportunities, providing sounder health care, and offering improved economic opportunities.
Elajjaz was able to complete the run in 4 hours and 19 minutes, with the broadcast recording 56K Hours Watched and 8K Average Viewers over six hours and 25 minutes of airtime. It also registered at 13K Peak Viewers, which came towards the end of the video, when he had successfully reached the finish line and received the medal to reflect his efforts.
Interestingly, before the 30km challenge in Lidingöloppet, the broadcaster, whose real name is Elias Lönn, finished 18 hours of biking and three hours of swimming, showing just how hard the entire exercise was.
This is not the first time the streamer, who usually speedruns Elden Ring, Dark Souls, Bloodborne, and other related games, is doing a charity stream for Save the Children. He has conducted quite a few such exercises over the years, including in June, when he was able to raise $82K.

While three of these were general motivational messages cheering Elajjaz on during such a brutal run, ela was from his collection of emotes available to subscribers. Meanwhile, cheergi was part of the cheer badge emotes made available for this broadcast specifically.
Having successfully conducted another charity run, the Team Wolfpack member deserves praise for doing so much for the needy. It is also heartening to see such streamers pour their hearts and souls into such activities despite achieving a certain amount of success as content creators, and fans will hope they continue to bring joy to the millions who could do with the support and aid of the common folk.
