On the second day of the 2024 Summer Season for the GOA7 League, viewership reached 42.6K Peak Viewers, setting a personal record for the football event series. The channel reached a new peak viewership record thanks to the match between Eternals and Furia Roja. Furia Roja features some of Italy's most well-known content creators as part of its administrative staff. Boro, the team's president, boasts 466K Instagram Followers and more than 518K Followers on TikTok. The team's sporting director Gabriele Canella has 134K TikTok Followers, and team coach Fubbe has over 326K Followers on TikTok. The viewership potential of these three creators was enough to drive viewership for the GOA7 League into overdrive.
Throughout both the first and second day streams for the GOA7 League’s 2024 return, the channel received 425.2K Hours Watched in total. This amount of viewership is unusual for Italian Twitch content, which usually makes up a significantly minor portion of the website’s traffic. In fact, the GOA7League channel was the most-watched Italian-language channel on Twitch for the entire week of May 13 - 19, despite the football league streaming only two days during the week.

This was improved upon during the league’s first full season, the GOA7 League Winter 2024. This began in late-2023, and it reached a peak viewership of 40.3K concurrent viewers during its first few days. Now, the League Summer for this year has reached even higher.
The Italian football league is settling into its newfound place in the Italian Twitch community quite well. Hopes are high for the new League Summer 2024, and it has almost been a year since the first event of the series took place.
