GP Explorer, one of the biggest events in livestreaming today, will return for one final bow later this year. Creator Lucas "Squeezie" Hauchard announced this via a livestream, and if the reactions from fans and viewers are anything to go by, they are eagerly looking forward to this influencer-led race.
On May 10, Squeezie announced that the third edition of his highly successful motorsport venture, GP Explorer, would return in 2025. Unfortunately, it will be the last time fans see their favorite content creators battle it out for the ultimate racing glory. Hence, the label GP Explorer: The Last Race.
With such crucial details being revealed about one of the major events in the world of content creators, Saturday's announcement on Squeezie's Twitch channel touched 219,130 Peak Viewers (PV). This put it among the two most popular livestreams on the purple platform over the past week, with another Frenchman, Nasser "nasdas_off" Sari, in the first spot.
The third iteration of the GP Explorer, which brings influencers, racing enthusiasts, and fans together, will be held between October 3 and 5 at the iconic 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit. It will also be livestreamed on the star French content creator's Twitch channel, alongside co-casts from other popular online personalities.
The 2025 iteration will see 24 content creators and artists, among the most influential globally, taking the wheel on the legendary Bugatti Circuit of Le Mans. Apart from Squeezie, the list of participating racers includes renowned internet stars like Ludwig "Ludwig" Ahgren, Corentin "Gotaga" Houssein, Mohamed Amine "Aminematue" Mahmoud, and Justine "BagheraJones" Noguera.

Those interested in attending the event live can head to this link when the ticketing opens on June 4, 2025. Prices vary from €29 for a concert night to €69 per day for the general precinct to €85 a day for a seat in the gallery.
What happened at previous GP Explorer events?
Across its first two editions, the motorsport series has emerged as one of the top events in the content creation industry. Both races ended up breaking the French Twitch record for Peak Viewers, with the 2023 edition hitting 1.39 million concurrent viewers as it made it to the top six most popular sports streaming events at the time.
Several popular rap artists like SCH, Kekra, and Soso Maness joined the proceedings and even took the race cars for a spin. Moreover, the special guests were Formula 1 drivers Esteban Ocon and Pierre Gasly, then part of the Alpine team, as the duo performed exhibition races, put up shows for the spectators, and acted as mentors.
With so much happening, the GP Explorer festival was able to significantly improve its audience reach compared to 2022. Moreover, over 60,000 spectators attended the event in person, with entertainment activities such as a car exhibition, test drives of elite sports cars, celebrity meet-ups, pit lane walks, and a grand festive concert planned for attendees.
Over the years, the GP Explorer motorsport series has been a huge success for the French livestreaming industry. It helped create records, bring together influencers and fans, and birth a concept that has become one of the biggest sports-related events on Twitch recently. With 2025 being its last edition, Squeezie is sure to go all out and present the event on the grandest scale to ensure fans get the best action on and off the track.
