On April 29, Spanish content creator Ibai ibai Llanos reached 10 million followers on his Twitch channel. He became the seventh streamer to reach this milestone.
The first creator whose followers count exceeded 10M was Tyler Ninja Blevins, it happened in August of 2018. Subsequently this result was also achieved by Raul AuronPlay Alvarez, Ruben Rubius Gundersen and Turner Tfue Tenney. In 2022, Felix xQcOW Lengyel and Michael shroud Grzesiek also passed the 10 million followers mark. The eighth streamer on this list could be David TheGrefg Martinez, he lacks only 200,000 followers.
Ibai started his career as a League of Videogames Professionals caster (LVP is one of the biggest Spanish tournament organizers). In addition to League of Legends, he commentated on Fortnite, FIFA and Rocket League tournaments. Thanks to the incredible charisma, ibai quickly gained popularity among esports fans, and soon began to conduct his own streams on Twitch.
In 2020 and 2021 he was named as streamer of the year by Esports Awards. In addition, Llanos was creating content for G2 Esports from February 2020 to January 2021. Today, ibai is one of the most watched Spanish streamers on Twitch, he also owns esports club KOI and works as a host and organizer of many IRL and gaming shows.
