American streamer Darren “IShowSpeed” Watkins Jr. recently took to Europe again for his second part of a tour around the continent. As past of the two-week excursion taken during July 2025, the American streamer visited countries around the Baltics and Balkans, Turkey, Poland, France, Spain, and more. Streams Charts breaks down his viewership results for this tour, which also included a return to Twitch after four years.
IRL content and exploring foreign countries has been IShowSpeed’s most popular content ever. Earlier this year the streamer explored South America, and last year he visited numerous Asian countries. At peak popularity, he received over 1.04M Peak Viewers (PV) on his YouTube broadcast alone for an Indonesia visit. Now, Speed has returned to Europe for a second trip, with higher ambitions than before.
One of the biggest story surrounding the start of the tour with IShowSpeed was his return to Twitch. The streamer was banned in 2021 and moved to YouTube, but had not returned to Twitch immediately after Twitch lifted the ban two years ago. Celebrated in coordination with his new European tour, Speed returned to Twitch and received more attention than ever on the purple platform.
For the entirety of IShowSpeed’s European Tour Part 2, the American broadcaster received over 9M Hours Watched (HW) across both his YouTube Live and Twitch broadcasts. His return to Twitch gave him a significant boost to his overall viewership for the trip, but YouTube Live remains his strongest platform by a wide margin for the moment.
Although Speed’s viewership on Twitch started off slower, at roughly 15-20K Peak Viewers (PV) for the initial return streams, he quickly picked up momentum as the tour took off. His streams throughout Turkey, Finland, and Poland all came just shy of 70K PV, before he finally reached his ultimate 73K PV on Twitch while in France. Although this was his most popular destination on Twitch, it was not the most popular overall.
On YouTube Live, IShowSpeed’s most popular destination was Turkey, where he received just shy of half a million concurrent viewers. Across both platforms, the streamer’s peak concurrent viewership soared past the 500K mark, the crowning achievement of his European adventures. Interestingly, Twitch’s most popular destination for the trip, France, was not one of his top streams on YouTube. Despite hosting a $100,000 football tournament, something mentioned in his YouTube stream title, other countries attracted a far larger viewership organically.
Shortly after the trip, Speed announced he’s taking a short break to cook up some special. The American streamer is known for his outlandish stream ideas, and what comes next could be even more popular than his European tour. Keep an eye out for IShowSpeed’s next-big event, and of course, its viewership statistics collected by Streams Charts.
