American streamer Kai Cenat hits a new milestone on Twitch, becoming the second most-followed creator of all time, overtaking Tyler “Ninja” Blevins. The record came during the tenth day of his epic Mafiathon 3 livestream marathon.
Kai Cenat has surpassed 19.24 million followers on Twitch, adding 600,000 fans in just the past month alone. He achieved this record-breaking milestone in around four and a half years of streaming.
For years, Ninja reigned supreme as Twitch’s most-followed streamer — until 2025. First it was Spain’s Ibai "Ibai" Llanos, who stormed into the No. 1 spot after hosting Twitch’s biggest event ever, gaining 1.7 million followers in a single broadcast. Now, Kai Cenat has followed suit, writing his own chapter in streaming history.

What’s more important is that Cenat’s surge is far from over. With his marathon still running for more than two weeks, his follower count is set to skyrocket even further. At the current rate, the American star could even challenge for the number 1 spot on Twitch.
