The popular American streamer KaiCenat set a new record for Peak Viewers on his Twitch channel. It took place during the broadcast on October 20, when he was joined by the rapper Lil Baby. Their joint broadcast was followed by 242.4K Peak Viewers.
The co-broadcast with Lil Baby lasted 4.5 hours, and in that time it accumulated more than 700K Hours Watched. The stream reached 153K Average Viewers, which has also become a record for the KaiCenat channel. Moreover, he got almost 30K followers and 7.7K subs in the broadcast: thus, the streamer rather quickly achieved his own subgoal of 105K active subscribers.
KaiCenat and Lil Baby talked for about an hour on various life topics: they discussed music, live broadcasts, viewers' reactions etc. KaiCenat tried to rap during the stream, and Lil Baby promised to start his own channel on Twitch. Viewers liked the joint broadcast, but as soon as Lil Baby left the stream, the number of viewers almost halved.
KaiCenat is one of the fastest growing streamers on Twitch. He ranked first among American Twitch streamers by total Hours Watched in Q3 2022 (and second globally behind xQc). In 2021, he was a co-winner of the Grammy along with The Weeknd and Kaney West for the Hurricane song (in the category "Best Melodic Rap Performance"). Lil Baby also won an MTV Video Music Award and two BET Awards.
