Aliffe Henrique de Carvalho, better known in the streaming world as PaulinhoLOKObr, is one of the quickest rising stars on Twitch. The Brazilian streamer broadcasted for the first time ever on Twitch in 2020, but he quickly went back to focusing on his YouTube channel, and would also live stream there occasionally. It was in May of 2022 that Twitch became his main streaming platform. In just a span of three months, he went from 150K to 1 million followers.
PaulinhoLOKObr started his career as a YouTube content creator in 2016. He mainly did prank videos in GTA V roleplay, and that is how he got popular. Just like a professional actor the creator is great at incorporating the character he plays in the game and bringing it to real life. Nowadays he mainly plays GTA V roleplay, and is known for creating some amazing narratives and storylines for his characters in the game.
For every different character, he has in GTA V role play, he fully immerses in it, creating a specifying way of talking, some mannerisms, along with other things that define and characterize someone. That’s one of the main reasons viewers love Paulinho o LOKO: he is unique as a content creator, and it’s why he reached the top of the streaming mountain so quickly. He has a similar type of content as buddha, and Kyle, who also create characters and storylines from the ground up. Fully immersed in the character, and bringing it to life on the screen for thousands of viewers.

Paulinho o LOKO would occasionally stream on YouTube, but his primary focus at the time was making YouTube videos. Since Twitch became his main streaming platform he has quickly risen in popularity, and currently is one of the biggest streamers on the platform, especially in the GTA V roleplay genre. His first Twitch stream of 2022 happened on the 5th of May, and since then Paulinho o LOKO loyal viewers have watched his stream for 11.3 million hours. His highest number of simultaneous viewers was 150K, and was achieved in July of this year. Fellow Twitch star loud_coringa helped him get popular even faster when he hosted his stream with 71K viewers. This host was a huge boost for Paulinho o LOKO popularity.
In 2022 he has 44K Average Viewers, a number only the biggest streamers in the world are able to reach. He started with 10K Average Viewers in May, his first month on the platform, and among all the Brazilian streamers he secured an eleventh place on the list of streamers with the most AV that month. In June his viewership numbers continued to increase, with the streamer reaching 19K AV.
From June to July his concurrent viewership numbers increased in a gigantic way. He went from 19K to 51K AV, and had the second highest number of average viewers among all the Brazilian streamers. In August, Paulinho o LOKO took the crow of the list of Brazilian streamers with the highest AV, reaching an impressive number of 61K Average Viewers. So far in September, he continues to hold that first place with 58K Average Viewers. These are fantastic numbers, that even Brazilian mega stars like casimito, Gaules, or alanzoka, can't reach.
Since May the streamer has gained 906K new followers, and in just four months reached a milestone some streamers spend years to achieve, while others can only dream of, the 1 million followers. In May he gained 74K new followers, 132K in June, 367K in July (the highest number of followers gained in one month in his streaming career so far), 262K in August, and so far in September he has gained 120K new followers. These are spectacular numbers, that demonstrate that more viewers are watching Paulinho o LOKO streams, and have been captivated by his personality, humor, and the characters he portrays while playing GTA V roleplay.
Just like his AV numbers, the amount of followers he gains per month is insane, and is among the highest of Brazilian streamers, but also of Twitch streamers in general. He is gaining substantially more new followers than other Twitch stars such as xQc, pokimane, Mizkif, Tfue, and shroud. This further confirms that he is one of the biggest content creators on the streaming platform right now.
Earlier in the year, Paulinho o LOKO said he wasn't going to sign with an organization, since he preferred to create the content he wanted, and how he wanted. But the streamer has recently signed with one of the fastest-growing esports organizations in the country, Fluxo Gaming. It was the perfect organization for Paulinho o LOKO since he guaranteed that while on Fluxo Gaming his content will not change, and with the backing of the organization, he will be able to do new and exciting projects.
“Some months back I said I wouldn't enter any organizations because I liked to create my own content. But that’s the point, my content will not change. The content will continue to be the same! But now I have a structure that will allow me to create some projects that I always wanted to do, but was never capable of."
This is just the beginning for Paulinho o LOKO. He's already part of one of the fastest growing esports organizations in Brazil, is the Brazilian ambassador of Stake (one of the leading crypto betting platforms in the world with Drake being one of its ambassadors), and has more excitent projects lined up for the future. With just 20 years old, but already a massively social media following, the sky is the limit for the Brazilian content creator.
