On June 10, the streamer community OTK held an online presentation OTK Games Expo 2023. For four hours, popular content creators discussed gaming innovations from developers, showed trailers of future titles, and simply talked to viewers and exhibition guests.
In total, the OTK Games Expo 2023 broadcast accumulated just over a million Hours Watched. The Average Viewers number during the streams was 232.2K, with the Peak Viewers number reaching 256.3K. It is worth noting that in all three categories, the event fell slightly behind last year's OTK Games Expo 2022 presentation. For example, the Average Viewers number declined by 14%, while the Peak Viewers number decreased by 17%.
The OTK Games Expo 2023 exhibition was covered on 43 different channels on Twitch and other platforms. Asmongold gathered the largest audience as he hosted an official broadcast that had over 100K Peak Viewers. In addition to Asmongold, many of his colleagues streamed the event on their personal channels: Lirik, Shroud, CohhCarnage, and Quin69 made up the Top 5 in terms of Peak Viewers. The event was also covered by MoistCr1tikal, Shylily, and other popular content creators.
In total, we counted 53K active chatters who sent over 478K messages in various broadcast chats during the event. The channel with the most chatters was Asmongold's one, with over 13.5K people sending 92.6K messages in his chat. However, in terms of audience engagement among major streamers, the leader was the Gigaboots, where more than 37% of the broadcast viewers participated in the conversation. The Top 5 in terms of audience engagement also includes the channels of a_seagull, cinna, Slayproxx, and mcconnellret.
Over 40 gaming projects from different developers and studios were showcased during the OTK Games Expo 2023. The most talked-about game at the exhibition was WayFinder — it was mentioned in Twitch chats of the expo for over a thousand times. TEVI received almost 650 mentions, while Turnip Boy Robs a Bank and Agent 64: Spies Never Die received over 300 mentions.
The OTK community brings together a number of popular Twitch streamers from North America who collaborate on broadcasts and create various entertainment content.
